6 I had my Paradox system installed in 2013 and insite gold setup in 2017. The system worked 100% until December 2021 when the Swan server went down in a major way. My insite gold hasn't worked properly since then. It occasionally works for an hour or so when it feels like it. I have rebooted the SIM module more times than I care to remember, it seems to make no difference.
I have full cell phone reception at the module, I've checked with numerous cell phones.
My installer has helped as much as he can.
Atlas Gentech choose to ignore problems like mine and say it's poor cell coverage. Very poor service Atlas Gentech. Robert Johnston
