Great team! Very detailed inspectors who were able to respond last minute to our request for a potential house purchase and worked around the clock to get our report back to us within 24 hours. Our real estate agent said she'd never seen such detailed building inspectors. The written report was so thorough and they also added even more photos into a drop box file should we need them. Good company to call for pre-settlement inspection, quick turn around. Fair price too. My only recommendation for the future is that William should label and write the issues on the tape so someone can take a look and fix them, walking and pointing out the issues on the go is a bit difficult if you are not a knowledge person, or write the list of issues in a note. Apart from that very good service, recommended
