Paul is an absolute life saver. His neck adjustments help my headaches like nothing else and also adjustments on lower back take me out of pain. He is professional, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I've been a customer for almost 4 years now and gotta say out of all of the chiropractors I've tried, Paul is definitely the best one hands down!
Paul is always professional and punctual and he is really thorough with his examination and performs the smoothest and softest adjustments you can ever experience.
He always makes sure you're ready when he is going to adjust some part of your body and knows how to distract you when you're flexing muscles that are stopping the adjustment.
Every time I've been there, Paul explained the exercises very patiently and makes sure you're doing them correctly.

A while ago I accidentally injured my lower back and had limited walking movement as the pain I struggled was unbearable. Annoyed and feeling depressed I stumbled upon Paul who I thought had the best customer service. His careful weekly adjustments and the
demonstration of certain stretches I could do at home helped cure my lower back. This allowed me to avoid surgery.
He is always patient never in a rush and listens to your problems and answers all your questions even stupid ones.
Geng Tao (the accupuncturist) is always polite and will always do her best to help alleviate my lower back pain by carefully inserting tiny needles in places around my body depending where my pain is located. She provides a concerned manner everytime I see her and asks if my back pain has gone away after few needles are inserted around my body.
She would spend tremendous amount of time finding points and accpuncture different areas to allevate my back pain.
By having adjustments done by Paul followed by accupuncture from Geng Tao on a regular basis my symptoms of pain has gone away.
They are both friendly and I would recommend anyone to go see them.
Thanks to both of them I can now walk without any issues

Paul is an amazing and friendly chiropractor. Explains in detail about the problem your body is going through and recommends the best course of action to resolve.

My experience with Paul chiropractor and Gang Tao acupuncture has been better than I expected. You have to do your part which is regular exercises, but it’s really worth the results! Highly recommended.

I've been seeing Paul for quit sometime now. Got a voucher from grabOne before for my husband and mom and they both loved it! So when I had an injury from carrying my son and felt some aches due to work I went to Paul to have it sorted. Still going upto now and I am recommending him to my clients at work and to my friends as well. Very professional and he teaches you exercises as well. I initially started going to their Henderson location with a GrabOne deal before coming to Parnell. The chiropractors are not only super knowledgeable in their field but are also super welcoming.

I've been seeing Paul (Chiro) and Geng Tao (Accu) in Parnell for quite some time now and I have nothing but only great things to say about them. You'll have nothing to worry about if it's your first time (or not) getting adjusted or having acupuncture done.you'll certainly feel comfortable from the moment you walk in and will be well-taken care of by them.

This practice offer amazing services for both acupuncture and chiropractor. I have seen two different chiropractors, Paul and Chris, who are both very friendly and inviting while at the same time being very proficient and effective. Gengtao has magic needles, and is such a lovely, caring woman.
Highly recommend a consultation with this clinic if you think you may have something they can help you understand better and get some relief for.
