Have done my teeth alignment with ACO. Ross and the team have done an amazing job! My teeth are looking so much better now! I smile more now and don’t need to think about the teeth not looking nice! Very happy with their service! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a high quality orthodontist clinic!

He was very caring and thorough with explaining us the current situation with our son’s teeth and not at all in favour of performing any unnecessary treatment. I came in for a consultation, Dr. Anning answered all the questions I had, the whole team at ACO are all professional and nice! Would recommend to anyone who needs orthodontic treatment!

Horrible, ableist and cocky. I have never felt so humiliated and unheard. I have never left an office crying until coming here. Did not listen and did not care. I don’t think you should be in the profession of dealing with peoples insecurities if you don’t have an ounce of empathy or compassion.

Had Invisalign treatment from Ross and Lu who were exceptional. I am extremely happy with my results. After investigating several clinics around the city, I was recommended ACO and they were incredible in their professionalism from start to finish over 24 or so months. Was always a joy walking into their clinic.

Paid a lump sum up front (which was very reasonable as well compared to others) and then there were no other surprise bills for the duration of the treatment.

Dr. Ross Anning, his awesome assistant/s and Lu- AND Olivia make the experience of the entire process super easy, informative and flexible. Personally, my discipline in Invisalign’s didn’t allow me to finish my treatment though my gaps have SIGNIFICANTLY increased and it’s all thanks to the accountability from both Lu and Dr. Ross that got me that far! Life occurrences delayed me in other aspects ie.finances, and their understanding and flexibility to help me catch up here was so so helpful! Unfortunately there’s no words to describe this clinic, because they go above and beyond for their clients/patients. I’m so grateful for this journey with Auckland City Orth and I will definitely be back to complete the look I desire. The team at Auckland City Orthodontics have been wonderful at treating my daughter. She was a very anxious patient at the beginning and they were always very kind and put her at ease. Her treatment is now finished and her teeth look fabulous.

Dr Anning makes the impossible to become possible. My son has a terrible gag reflex. But, with confidence, Dr Anning assures us that he can go through all of the procedures, and in the end, after 18 months, my son can get perfect teeth alignment and a brand new smile. My Orthodontic treatment was a breeze. Staff are lovely and made me feel comfortable. Dr Anning is very professional and always punctual. Great location and nice place to visit. Olivia on Reception has a welcoming smile and super friendly personality. Great experience.
