Final update: Greenlane Toyota reached out to me and have now sorted everything out; a new set of monsoons installed (really well), tidied sunroof seal, and they even gave the car a good clean. My respect and thanks to Gert and the rest of the team for taking care of my vehicle - it looks great and the service was excellent.
Update: the weather shields they installed have also failed to adhere to the vehicle, and the rear left monsoon actually lifted right off while I was driving. I'll need to buy new monsoons to replace the damaged pieces.
Original: I couldn't recommend this place less. The quality of work on my vehicle was subpar, and I'd suggest taking your Toyota anywhere else for repairs or servicing. Their attempt to seal the sunroof on my car was nowhere near what anyone should expect from a large dealership.
Service' goes MIA after they get your $$$

DONT opt for $1300 "Special Coating - done by them.it's pitiful
(they'll attempt to get away with a Wash n Wax!). Going thru a Luxe car wash would be better.
If you're a novice car buyer, go elsewhere.

I went in looking for a mature guy (Rob, I think) whom I had dealt with before in Parts. This young blonde guy came to help me, and I was wondering if he had enough knowledge/experience to help with my inquiry about stereos.
I need not have worried. Not only did he answer my questions, but he also gave me helpful additional advice.

Not very helpful in providing inquiry information for potential 2 new vehicles worth over 150k! So went to another outlet who were much more helpful.
Good quality workshop and if you had some issues with your car or service you not happy about it there is manager who will sort it out for you promptly. I take my car many times here and always satisfied. Customer service name is Pramodh always ready to help and meet your needs and gives you genuine advice on what the best for you.
Excellent service on my last visit. Pramod was exceptional with his attention to detail and explained in a simple language the technicalities with my car. Highly recommend them.
Went today around 3PM to inquire for accessories, I dont felt any sincerity and interest creating a relationship. It seems I bothered your staff's personal texting time approaching him on his desk asking questions. No other customers beside me and another one but I need to stand on your reception table like waiting for a seat in a restaurant where. Other car dealers the moment a faint of shadow for a customer they would eagerly react and made contact.
NO SENSE of customer service, did not even bothered to get my name or car details to endorse to your Parts team. A default response was Parts team doesnt work at saturday try to contact on weekdays. Yeah not your "job" to assist.
I would stick to the first Toyota car dealer where i bought my car early this year and wont ever endorse your store to any of my friends thus be mindful to stay away.
Friendly toyota staff, and happily preorder a toyota Rav4 hybrid Xse hopefully arrive soon ️

Two suggestions)
A- Please change the couches in waiting lounge the back support is too short to seat comfortably.
B- Coffee was complimentary which was great may be some “free” munchies could a great add on to the whole experience.

Our Business Purchased our first vehicle through Tony Huang at the Greenlane Toyota dealership.
We highly recommend Tony. What a fantastic experience, he was incredibly communicative and this was from the first initial order until delivery. Tony is a nice guy himself, and always offered us coffee when we walked through the door. We wish him all the best with his future endeavours and we are sure it will be bright!
Tony knew both about the vehicle itself, but also the Toyota Warranty and Service Plans as well which was a Big draw for us.

Arrived at 430 to discuss purchasing a land cruiser, after 20 mins of walking around without being talked to, went to leave and the only interaction i had with staff was being told to leave out the back because they were putting a bar across the front.
