5Enquired to get 2m3 of Gum delivered, quick responses and follow up by text. Paid upfront so was a little cautious as i usually go by cash on delivery. Delivered as promised, on time and good clean wood with no rubbish in it. Delivery driver was friendly and gave advise to keep wood ventilated to keep dry. Would buy again.
What an excellent business. Henry was helpful and very generous. Definitely loaded more wood than I paid for. I'm quite surprised there are some negative reviews, as my experience was superb. Will definitely be going back and telling my friends about them!
Quality wood, service & delivery. They make it easy. Ordered online and delivered to my door.
Had to call multiple times to enquire about delivery dates and often they would ignore my calls or not ring back when they said they would. Took weeks to get firewood delivered and they didn't include the kindling I paid for. When I emailed asking about this they never replied. The wood is also not seasoned and has a very smoky smell. Would not recommend at all!
Worst service ever. Paid $280 for 2 cubic meters of wood. Did not get delivered. When tried calling they would only say 'hello' and once I asked about the order I get put on hold. Tried calling again and the phone got picked up and put down in my ear. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
