The team at United Glass are extraordinary. I can't say enough good things about them and their level of professionalism. I have used them on multiple occasions and every time they have been nothing but cordial and efficient, thanks so much team!

I asked for a quote for re putting windows. The man who came was very nice and very informative. He said he would send me a quote. I thanked him. I also asked suggested we should be wearing masks as it was level 3 and he said he didn’t need to as he was double vaxed. I was curious about the company policy and rang to ask them about it. The man in the phone was irritated with me for asking about it and cut me off. I thought he had made a mistake and called back and was cut off again. The third time I called they refused to answer. I thought I had been unfortunate and had got someone who didn’t know how to answer the phone properly, as my original conversation with the lady to set up the man coming to make the quote had been very good. In the hopes of getting a more reasonable and professional person I called the next day to get my quote. The same rude man answered and said “ oh we’re not doing that quote and hung up on me for a third time. Quite unacceptable service sadly from Auckland glaziers as I was impressed by the man who came to do the quote.

I has an urgent request on house to sell had many jobs to fix on different windows, the guy on phone helped me with ranchlider glass, new putty on timber windows, fixed broken window fixed shower door and they even did my car windscreen.thankyou!

I must say, my experience in having my windscreen replaced by Matthew and his crew at this company was just awesome, I dropped my vehicle off early Monday morning to their factory in South Auckland, went shopping, returned in about 3 1/2 hours and it was ready to go. Thanks guys

Easy company to deal with.the lady on the phone was very understanding as we had a break in and needed urgent help.there team was to us quick to repair and keep family safe.high recommend

Made appointments for two separate occasions for someone to come and give us a quote. No one turned up either time and got called 30 minutes afterwards saying they aren't coming because they don't work past 4pm. Found the lady on the phone quite rude and annoyed that we were unable to accommodate to their schedules despite them wasting our time. Very poor service.

Friendly, quick and fantastic service! Despite only having a few staff on today given the holiday period they were very easy to deal with and quickly organized the glass panel I needed. Thank you!
