We recently had to move from the North Shore to the CBD and engaged Auckland Moving Guys. We had a small house worth of stuff and they helped us move the heaviest items. They squeezed us in on a Saturday arvo which was the exact day and time we wanted, and the whole experience was super easy from my first call onwards. The team was very professional, and they took great care of our stuff when moving it and packing it safely in the truck. They also helped us move some items from my van which weren't planned. I am so grateful! Thank you so much

Levi and his team were awesome, absolutely no issues!

I had to move apartments so asked for three people on the day to make life easier as I had no elevator in apartment 1 and apartment 2 had the world's smallest elevator.

There was another moving company I'd enquired too but they were quite pushy on paying a deposit (which I'd have been happy to) but after speaking to Levi on the phone for a couple of mins I could tell he knew what he was on about and I felt way more comfortable booking with them.

Super quick and none of them stopped for a second, I'm pretty laid back but the speed they were moving actually motivated me to unpack on the other side!

It's hourly rate, call out fee + GST which I was told about on the first call and I saw on the reviews so I was prepared for that. From memory too the guesstimate quote was pretty much what was invoiced so I was able to budget accordingly.

Straight after they left I passed on the details to a friend who's moving next weekend. Infact I'm probably going to turn into a sales rep for their company!

If you're reading through the reviews to decide if you need to use them, just book, it's worth it.

So pleased with the service provided by Auckland Moving Guys. They did an awesome job considering the hot day and the narrow access we had. Price point was also very reasonable and in line with the quote we were given. I hope I don't have to move again soon but will definitely use for next time and recommend to all!

I was really impressed with the service provided by the Moving Guys. They turned up when expected - the packers and movers were careful, polite, quick and professional. The bill was what I expected and had agreed. They had to lift some bulky items down over a balcony as they were too big for the staircase and they made it look easy. Even moving the pot plants was no trouble. They positioned things as I requested them to at the new place. I highly recommend these guys to deal with for a house move. They were great - even coming to collect and recycle the boxes and packing material they used.

Absolutely would not recommend the company if you care about your stuff.

Half of my furniture and my TV screen were damaged. They won't use anything to protect your stuff during the move.

They made so many excuses to deny they had anything to do with the damage, even no apologies from their side when I talked to the company.

I tried calling and am yet to have a response and this is over 6 weeks later.

If they reply to this, I bet it will be another excuse.

This is the 2nd time we have used Auckland Moving Guys since being recommended them. Levi is communicative and supportive, taking away the stress of a move. Great team and great service. Thank you.

Amazing service from Meyne and Justice great character, and super efficient. They did not leave a mess and did not disturb the center - we will definitely be using you guys again! I highly recommend Auckland Moving Guys - they were all fantastic to deal with, they did a great job, and I'd definitely use them again.

Can’t express how grateful I am for the team at Auckland moving guys. Had booked with another Auckland moving company who cancelled on me at 5pm the day before we were meant to move and had to desperately call around for another moving company to help. The guys managed to squeeze us into their schedule.

The boys are extremely friendly and it was nice watching the knowledge be passed around the team, you can tell they pride themselves on making sure everyone is improving themselves on every job.

I had two pick up locations and one drop off on a very narrow street. They kept me calm and had excellent truck driving skills to manoeuvre around this particular street. They even stayed with me and help me disassemble my couch that I had miscalculated when it wouldn’t fit in the elevator. Overall, very thankful for their kindness and knowledge and would recommend their services to everyone, even their clown business (If you’ve called them you’ll get the reference haha)

Charged me a lot of money to move just a bed and set of drawers. When time came to pay our pre negotiated price he said theyre was a gst tax on it and wanted more money. Hey they got the job done tho.
