Absolutely useless service and repair. Took my 2018 Range Rover Sport here after I was rear ended with a trailer on. Trailer was hit so hard the safety chain broke and the trailer went under the vehicle while the frame of the trailer hit the back tow ball and rear tailgate. I had to use these guys as that was the only option from the insurance company. I would give the paint job a 8/10. The 3.5t tow ball insert tongue was replaced after being bent but NOT the armature. These guys must’ve banged the tongue in with a hammer as It won’t come out. Tried to palm me off the vehicle as all fixed. The towball armature/bracket is a major structural component. If thr tongue is bent ofcourse the armature is going to be bent to. Two garages including Range Rover themselves can’t get it out and it’s failed the WOF due to this. These idiots also glued the trailer electrical connection back on after it also snapped the bracket. Then the rear lights were cracked but Vladimir the manager believes this is sun damage and common on Range Rovers and stated this to the insurance company who now won’t replace. Once again a second opinion and 10 Range Rover Sports later and not one has cracked rear lights. This vehicle is not long out of warranty and had they been cracked before the accident they would’ve been replaced. Stay well clear of these guys. Obviously getting some kind of kick back from insurance bumpy not repairing the car properly and hiding major damage. I’m now involved with the insurance council complaints to get my vehicle back to how it was before the accident and not ever having to go back to these guys.

Yesterday I popped in to get a quick quite for some minor repairs before selling my car. Vladimir was so friendly and helpful. Within minutes he popped out to buff and smooth out a few surface scratches! It's so refreshing to deal with people that aren't out to sting you for evey little thing they do! The individual who for insurance purposes “assessed” the damage to my car (that occurred during Aucklands first deluge” made the assessment 100% wrong, in under 0.05 of a second & told me my car had been damaged by the sun!
I laughed in his face!
The idiot was desperately trying to ensure my perfectly legitimate claim was declined -but assumed he could talk me into getting the job done AT MY EXPENSE!
I simply do not trust him or the assessment- & no doubt will now have to seek a second-more qualified, intelligent & appropriate assessment from a more unbiased & competent assessor-preferably from WITHIN the Insurer!
10/10 for stupidity & 0/10 for customer satisfaction. A total fail!

Have used APP a few times and they're always amazing. Friendly and professional staff, quick and easy comms and bookings and insurance etc.all super easy to organise. Great job done by the technical crew as well - they always go above and beyond including a nice little wash and vacuum of the car. So good to have access to loan cars as well. Will keep using them - absolutely recommend.

I was recommended Auckland panel and paint when i needed my car repaired after an accident.

When i arrived they had a look at my car a took photos so they could sort out a quote for the repair, they then taped up my car so i could still use it while waiting for the parts to arrive.

I was kept in the loop with the ETA of the parts by Sam, she was very helpful in keeping me updated and booking in my car when the parts had arrived. Due to difficulty getting the parts (COVID causing delays) they didn't arrive until mid December.

When they did arrive it was too late due to my being away and APP being closed over Christmas so i booked in on the 10th Jan and was expecting it to take two weeks

I was happily surprised when 4 days after i dropped my car off I received a txt to say my car was ready. When I picked up my car it looked better than it did when i bought it a couple of years ago.

They also cleaned the inside if my car which i wasn't expecting

I would definitely recommend the team at APP for anyone looking for car repairs

I was really impressed by APP. Great communication, and very helpful. The job was completed exactly as described, and looks as good as new. The car was also cleaned and groomed which was an unexpected surprise. Happily recommend them.

I unfortunately didn't end up requiring the services in the end (moved to chch) but super helpful! Actually walked down the road to my office which was near by to have a look at my car to give me an estimate! I didn't get to see the finished result, but I'd have full confidence! Sorry I couldn't support the business! This is how she's looking now ;) DIY, and many liter's of elbow grease.after doing myself. I HIGHLY recommend getting it done for you! Hahah
