Big thanks to Vaughn and the rest of the ARC team who helped out during an already stressful time of the year. Vaughn was a big help with getting the drying process started after our house flooded and clearly explained all the steps that would be taken in getting the house dry again. Would definitely recommend!

I would like to give a huge "shout out" to Vaughan and Hughie. Two amazing guys who made a potentially stressful situation seem manageable and fixable. They were highly professional, great communicators and personable. I will most definitely be recommending ARC to those in need.

When my flat flooded (and I'm talking paddle pool proportions of flooding) ARC was brought in by insurance to dry my flat out. Vaughn and Hughie showed up Tuesday afternoon not a few hours after the insurance assessor had been round and IMMEDIATELY got down to work. They were professional, cheerful and knowledgeable of any questions I asked of them.
Furniture had to be moved around and they took care with my furniture as they made space for their drying equipment and made sure they had good air circulation.
We had almost daily check-ins as I stayed elsewhere while they ran their fans, dehumidifiers and heaters 24/7. They were so patient and helpful while I chased two cats around trying to get them into carriers to move out temporarily.
They started on a Tuesday afternoon. 75% of my flat was bone dry by Friday night with the remainder dry by Monday simply because it was the weekend and they had only been able to do half of the last room before moving furniture around on Friday to complete the second half.
Due to weather and typical Auckland conditions the threat of mold and dampness is always looming and Vaughn took me around the different walls with the moisture meter and let me take photos to send to my landlord as due diligence (even though he also takes photos for his own reports to insurance). He explained how to read the meter and never made me feel like I was being silly.
Last and CERTAINLY not least.when they relaid the carpet after they dried it.well.they did a better job than the original carpet folks! Vaughn knows his stuff.
Quality work all round. Good guys who were kind and understanding that I was going through a stressful period. I don't know how much they cost, but frankly I'd say it is worth it.
While I don't want another flood, I'd use them in a heartbeat based on my experience.

I can not speak highly enough of ARC. They are friendly, professional. Always on time and take a lot of care of the interior and furnishings when they are cleaning. They always exceed my expectations by going beyond what is required. I highly recommend using ARC.

I've been using Mike and his team for my client's insurance claims and my own carpet cleaning for many years. They are timely, professional, reasonably priced, responsible and can be trusted to do an excellent job.

After having to reschedule an appointment with these cowboys, they didn't bother showing up. I called an hour after their scheduled arrival time to see what was happening, and they said I'd cancelled, not rescheduled. This would have been ok and i would have been happy to reschedule again if they hadn't been so rude and condescending over the phone, and accused me of lying. Why would I lie about rebooking an appointment and make a careful note of the new time? Incredibly unprofessional, don't waste your time or money on these guys.

Mike and the team are fantastic to deal with and provide quality results, the responsive nature of the business is second to none.
