Maybe roof leaks should either be removed from their list of services or further clarified, as i was told they do replacements & new roofing but don't do roof repairs, which would fall under roof leaks.

We're very happy with ARS, Mike and his team were friendly and happy to answer all our questions. They kept us posted on shipping delays (which weren't too bad really) and once they had the materials they were in and out super fast – we couldn't believe how quickly one roof can come off and another one get put on. They also helped us out by removing the chimney for our wood burner, and happily popped back after the job was finished to investigate a strange noise the new roof was making in strong wind. A really good experience all round.

Mike and his team are an awesome combination. From the initial process of requesting a quote to the final stage of rubbish removal the experience was great and without hassle. We have a property in Epsom which required a new roof and some gutter work. From day one the team tackled the job with professional work ethics, went the extra mile to ensure that before any new iron went on, the supporting structure was sound and fit for the task.
At the end of each day the boys cleaned up and gave a clear summary of what had been done, and the next step.
Job done, scaffolding down, all rubbish removed, and extremely happy home owners.

Mike is honest and clear about the work which needs doing. We didnt end up going with Auckland Roofing Solutions due to the timeframe that were hoping to get the work completed. Mike still helped source the materials to get the job done when our other roofer was having issues.

Our leaky roof needed replacing and these guys helped out from start to finish - patching up the leaks straight away. The roof was replaced quickly and communication was always clear, so we knew exactly what was going on and when. All the guys were professional and friendly, and they worked seamlessly with the insulation and chimney crews - making the whole process fast and easy. They have transformed our house and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.
