I saw Preeti Kaur at Auckland Sports Podiatry CBD today. Over my sports career I've seen many physiotherapists, chiropractors and podiatrists and I can happily say that Preeti was a cut above the rest!
She explained the biomechanics of my lower leg in an easy to understand way. I now know how the mechanics of my ankle/foot are causing my injury, it all makes sense! She has a passion for her work and genuine care factor for her clients.
She laid out a clear pathway moving forward and what the next steps were to getting me injury free. Tokyo Marathon 2023 here I come and all thanks to Preeti's help.
