The team at Auckland Tree Services are awesome! They provide fast, clear communication, highly competitive pricing/quotes, and excellent customer service. Josh, in particular, is a huge asset to the company and communicated very clearly with me throughout every step of the process. Josh originally went to the property and met with my mum to provide a price/quote and talk through the project. Upon acceptance of the quote, we had the team at Auckland Tree Services cut back a neighbor's large + dangerous overhanging liquid ambar tree (back to the boundary fence) and remove a large Privet tree from our property. The team that carried out the work did so to a very high professional + safe standard, gave great levels of care to the surrounding property and overhead lines, tidied up after themselves, and also were very pleasant and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend Auckland Tree Services and will look to use their services again in the future. 5/5 stars!

Friendly and prompt, team obviously knew what they were doing and got it done in quick time. Slight miscommunication over where some logs were left, despite best efforts to be precise.

Excellent service and very professional. Isaac and his colleague were on site when expected, excellent communication right the way through and a very good job of pruning some very tall trees and a monstrous palm tree. Very sympathetic trimming so the character of the trees was preserved and they tidied up after themselves with no mess left on site for me to clean up. Would highly recommend them and will use them again next time.

Josh arrived on time to give us a quote for tree trimming and pruning even though it was in the middle of Auckland's worst storm. On acceptance of he quote a date and time was agreed but had to be postponed due to Cyclone Gabrielle. But a new date and time was agreed. Scott and his team member arrived on time to do the work professionally and competently. Thank you team!

I can highly recommend Auckland Tree Services. The whole experience has been outstanding. Isaac met me on site to talk through the options and arrange a quote. He passed on unsolicited advice which the other contractors we approached did not. The job was done last Friday and we are very pleased with the result. I found the staff on the day to be courteous and professional. They removed a tree which had not been in the original spec free of charge. Will definitely work with Auckland Tree Services again
