Appalling service. They did not communicate accurate estimates regarding completion time leaving us out in the sun for hours after they told us to return. Very unprofessional. Called the office a few minutes after we were finally able to pick up the car, to ask for a cash receipt and the mechanic refused without explanation. When pressed on the reason, he lashed out like a child and hung up the phone. Overall unsatisfied and ashamed for them.

I am so glad I came across Auto Collision Panel and Paint this morning. They were super friendly and helpful. They fixed my car on the spot, delivered service with a smile and did an amazing job! I can't recommend them enough! Superb customer service!

The ultimate in Customer Service. The receptionist defines customer service excellence, does everything with a smile and is very professional with follow up and recognizing her customers. The team were great, they didn't waste any time helping me out. Excellent team and excellent service

Did a great job with a minor repair on my vehicle. Only negative is that noone talked me through the repair on pickup. Maybe not necessary but would have been good.

So disappointed. They have had our specialised disability vehicle for over 8 weeks and have promised to communicate when it is coming back twice and have not. Wouldnt be so bad if we just knew when coming back. Meantime housebound and costing a lot to get to medical appointments and we are unable to get out and about. Can't recommend.

Dropped my polo into these guys and they were fantastic. Awesome communication start to finish. Sorted everything with my insurer and had it back to me quick as. Couldnt be happier

I went in for a quotation for a scratched bumper, but to my surprise, Dale went above and beyond and voluntarily buffed out the scratch, saving me a fortune. I would like to say thanks to Dale for his excellent service and selfless act.

No good. They took 4weeks to do simple repair on rear passenger panel.they ended up obviously somehow smashing rear windscreen as glass found through car that they had missed in clean up or should I say cover up as they lied about ever going into boot of car. Boot upholstery torn, again denied. And every window and both windscreen replaced, I know this as front windscreen leaks internally now and rear windscreen not tinted nor did it come bak with the stickers I had on rear windscreen and myself my daughter and my husband had witnessed it parked at firestone in howick for an entire day without any rear screen in vehicle.yet they tell me they never touched that, also all the glad had VIN number engraved into them and up in return not one window has the VIN displayed. 3 requests for an itemized bill to be provided and they declined. It was an insurance repair so I only had to pay excess but I am legally entitled to an itemized bill. They then tell me it was at firestone as they needed to replace rear passenger tyre.which did not need replacing, as the damage was a small scrape on rear pssngr door and was nowhere near rear wheel or wheel guard. I bought this vehicle brand new and they have managed to destroy a $20,000 vehicle, and had no problem on 3 occasions blatantly lying to my face. So I'm now seeking legal advice and working with my insurance company and nzta to get this sorted. I'm disgusted. My roof will be rushing and when winter comes the interior will begin to mould and fog terribly due to the entire windscreen from left to right leaking and im not exaggerating. I don't want them to do repairs on it to bring it bak up to standard. I want them shut down to be honest. They have basically taken all the quality brand new glass, parts, tyres and things from under bonnet and replaced them with low grade budget parts for their own gain. Waiting on analysis as we believe they have done this as one of their staff has used vehicle and crashed it severely as it is a 3.5L V6 and very quick or they have loaned it to another customer who has crashed it. Oh and then took all the shocks out and replaced with old worn rubbish ones that I had to replace a month ago for my WOF which with all the repairs on my 6mth old vehicle came to $2500! New radiator and exhaust muffler they have taken. R they running a chop shop perhaps, well if the staff spoke even one word of English perhaps I could get answers, but no then don't. Only the owner speaks English and he conveniently is never available and when he is he just lies to your face. Stay tuned people as this is not over and I will not standby to let them do this to any one else. RIP OFF SCAM ARTISTS. DO NOT GO THERE

Absolutely appalling service, would not recommend coming to these panel beaters. I had to wait over 4 months for my car to be repaired of a 'minor issue' in which every time I called up to get a status report on my car I was always told:
"I'm waiting for chasy machine, your car is next in line and should get on there by the end of the week"
That excuse was used for about a month
And
"Im just waiting for a part"
That excuse was used way too much to be believable
Only after two months of waiting did I get "good news" no my car wasn't fixed, I was getting a loan car, and not one similar to that of my bmw, but a Suzuki swift!

Well I finally got my car back, I was able to drive it around for roughly a week before it broke down on cascades road.

And then! After taking my car back to these guys and doing an assessment of the vehicle, I was told that I have to fork out 3k to fix my car, and that the issues were not related to the initial accident, which I find to be absolute bull! Before the accident my car was in tip top shape and never had an issue with it, so for me to get my car back and be told that
1. The issues were not related to the accident
2. I have to pay 3k to get it fixed

I am not happy, I would not recommend anyone to use this company! No matter what! Customer service is poor, workmanship is even worse

I would rate -5 stars if I could.
