I highly recommend this business. I've been coming here for years because these lovely people are very capable of fixing up my two older BMWs good as new and always at a fair price.

They might be good if you have a specific task to accomplish (WOF, oil change, etc) but if you are unaware what causes a problem and want them to investigate, I won't do it here. Tried them a couple of times, they spent the whole day, charged me a fortune, without actually fixing anything. All I get is a 2-min talk of what sophisticated checks they have done, a few mechanical jargon, and a request to bring the car back if the same problem happens again (which would indeed happen). Took the car to another mechanic and got it fixed within a couple of hours, paid half the amount and by the way, it's nothing related to what they proposed.

Been coming here for over a decade - consistent excellent service and fantastic workmanship. Highly recommend

After battling for many weeks with a grossly disinterested Mazda service team, the guys at Auto Super Shoppe Forrest Hill listened to our explanation of the car's issues, suggested a solution, ordered the part, and resolved the problem, all within a few days.

Our Mazda 2012's TCM issue has now been resolved at a reasonable price, accompanied by technical understanding of the underlying issue (and therefore applying the right solution), and great customer service.

Had an urgent issue with my break pads and rotors on Saturday, the team is so nice and professional. Got my car back within two hours and could continue driving it to enjoy my weekends in Auckland. Thanks a lot!

I had my cars serviced at Auto Super Shoppe Forrest Hill many times before, but the last experience there was an absolute disaster. The price for a WOF was $78 this time and kept increasing every time I came back, whereas it was much cheaper elsewhere. When I needed to replace only the brake pads for my old Japanese car, they charged me nearly $700- a whopping $500 more than what I would pay somewhere else of $200.

What made things worse was the attitude of the receptionist. She was unbelievably rude and unprofessional, refusing to explain why the prices had increased and providing wrong information. Despite the fact that there were WOF stamps last time from Auto Super Shoppe Forrest Hill still on my car glass, she said she had never seen my car before and couldn't find on the system!

I strongly recommend avoiding Auto Super Shoppe Forrest Hill, as they are not to be trusted and will charge you a lot. The service, pricing and attitude are all terrible, and no one should have to put up with that.

Stopped going here because they are muppets honestly go somewhere else without apprentices who work on your car clearly unchecked. Put the wrong battery in not secured, fixed my starter motor only for it to break a day later, when I took to my other mechanic he opened it infront of me and showed me why it failed and to get my money back from them. This was years ago so who knows what they're like now but would never go back.

Engine light on, scan said EGR valve and Catalytic converter faulty. They told me that need to be replaced and cause euro car and its age (2006) costs will gonna be high over 1000 bucks.
Told to Cleaned EGR valve to another mechanic, for less than $200 problemsolved and engine light gone. Rip off attempt avoided

Got my WOF here. Front needed replacing which they were able to do on the same day (the guy even drove to another location to pick them up). Great service, friendly staff.

I had a urgent problem with a fuel leak on a Saturday and was from out of town. The team were so helpful and obliging. I can't praise them enough. Awesome people especially Hagan AAA+

Not a good experience I expected so much more but they failed in every way I wouldn't recommend to anyone

I used this business three times for issues on my own car and my daughters car. They did not solve the problem and they added to it. Charged me $1200 for services I did not ask for. When I asked why they said it was necessary! Don’t use this business
