The team here at Auto Shoppe Papakura are absolute professionals. These guys went above and beyond for me. Helped me get my WOF sorted after it failed its check at VTNZ. Even managed to squeeze in a last min service on the same day I dropped the car and keys off. Very impressed by their professionalism, communication, knowledge and workmanship. Thank you Dean, Scott and the team. Keep up the great work!

We were their customer for a while.
Last time we went there for oil change and WOF and they charged us $278.
To get the WOF they also told us we need to change the rear break pads. They charged us $382 extra for that.
They said it will take half a day to do the job but it took them a week since they ordered wrong pads and broke something while doing the job.
No discount or any offer for the delay.
Not happy with the service at all.

Scott went above and beyond to get our car done that my husband wanted to tip him so bad (lol), but I think its not ‍️ JUST AWESOME! JOB WELL DONE!

I had the engine replaced in my car and was charged double what I was quoted. This was a while back. I felt completely ripped off by them. They held my car and would not accept what I was quoted.

Speedy and professional service! I booked my WOF for the next day and it was done in one hour, including a bulb change! Front desk was lovely service too. Definitely reccomend these guys!

As I first time customer I was extremely happy with the service from Auto Shoppe. I rung the morning of to put my car in for a service and they were very accommodating. I was also given a courtesy car which was so helpful as I had man things to do on that day. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. This is now my regular. Thank you.

Not very happy with what i was quoted here, i didnt go through with their service i found a good price where i was charged 5x cheaper elsewhere, makes u think how honest these people are especially being the type of person not knowing what cars are all about. My car runs smoothly @ a very cheap cheap price so happy.
