Auto Valet Car Wash Limited

I would give this business a zero if I could. The people running it are scam artists and would not give me my money back after 5 tokens were eaten by the machine! Disgusting customer service.

Would not recommend this company totally shocked with workmanship and the job done and at the price off $199 for the ultimate interior was shocking.spoke with manager who couldn’t care less then cleaners have spent another half hour cleaning the interior but it just got worse the more I looked very disappointed.

It was going good until I needed to do a final rinse and went to put another coin in and it didn't work, so I tried another coin and it still didn't work, I went to the car valet place behind it and found out the guy who works there manages the auto valet place, told him what happened and he told me to put another coin in and it started working, told him about my other coins I put in prior that I didn't work and I didnt get them back, his answer was, but its working now it took your coin this time? When I tried to tell him that I still lost 2 coins trying to make his machine work, he said it wasn't his problem, that its working now. Never going back and suggest you don't waste your money on machines that work sometimes, it's a lucky dip if the machine will work with the coins or not, you risk losing coins and not getting them back and the manager doesn't really care if you tell him you lost coins, all up i spent 40 dollars on coins for the self wash machine to do a single cycle for a normal car wash and alot of the coins were used to try to get the machine just to work. Just my own experience, absolutely awful

I have just had my car done there today. The windows were supposed to be cleaned, inside and out - not soooooo. They are terrible. Also, my wing mirrors, wow, weren’t done.
I paid too $ for this as u kept adding on for dog hairs, plus telling me that I needed a steam clean. My boot was still v wet when I got home. I think this is disgusting after paying $179 for an interior/exterior clean, which the young guy insisted I needed the steam clean.
Come on folks - top money for top job should be your rule. V v disappointing.

Your self service machine are a waste of money, $1 or $2 doesn’t last long at all, and the machine ate my $2 didn’t even recognise I had put in $2. I wouldn’t recommend this place

I’m correct token dispensing and token machine didn’t work I waster my 8 to 10$ and time trying this first time.

Super clean, carpet was all tiny rocks/wood/mud but 100% gone after 2 hours. At pick up, when you check any inch you believe they should clean again, just tell them, they will respond in 60 seconds with super friend attitude until you are happy with the work.

I pick my option and after they check my car confirm they can do it, they do not spend any second to advertise other upgrade or sell you other stuff.

There are restaurants near by in 2 min walks shopping center, so you can drop off your car here and do your business there

Pretty standard amongst DIY car washes.
Annoyed that it takes a while (5-6 secs) for product to dispense, since you're paying by the minute.
Definitely needs a rear exit

dirt still showing on dash, steering wheel, pillers!

looks like they just sprayed a whole heap of shit over the dash/dash board and just wipe it away without even cleaning the surface first!

Booked in an appointment with the crew at Auto Valet. Turned up and had a look at the car. Lady I spoke with (didnt get her name) told me it wasnt worth getting the service (which was booked and paid for online) as they would just be wasting their time. She then goes on to tell me that it would be worth her crews time if I upgraded and got the more expensive options. I asked her what about just doing the service as I was only after what I had booked again she just told me wasnt worth it. Asked for a refund which was done so within the afternoon which I appreciated but could not understand what just had happened. Ended up cleaning the car myself in the self service which was less cheaper than the service I had booked. In the end would not recommend to others as they seem to upsell you once you get there and not willing to do the job you paid for.

My wife took my old car to be cleaned before giving it to her Grand daughter. Because I used it to drive to a newsprint job for quite a while it was very dirty. Black ink stains on most surfaces. After an extensive clean her grand daughter said Nan its like a new car. They got everything clean!

Bad services car is just as dirty just oiled up the dashboard and console all is same as before.they just do it quickly dont take their time.they couldnt even clean the seats.

Paid $109. Booking ran nearly 3 hours late and when I collected the car it was still dirty. Not properly vacuumed, dash not wiped properly, still dusty with fingerprints. Doors had to be redone as dirt still coming off to the touch leaving your hand black. No apology was made nor diacount or refund offered. Will not be going back

They removed an item in my car with keys money and other personal items in it, put all the other bits and pieces back. Had to call them 4 times before they miraculously found it after saying they didn’t have it. Would never go back again and the cleaning job was average- can’t be trusted

Had a really bad experience here. I rang up and booked and drove from the city because my usual people had closed down. Booked an interior car clean for 80 something. When I got there the woman in the office asked to look at my car and saw a small amount of dog hair on the back seat.certainly very little as the dog sleeps on a bed in the car if travelling.she then said because of this there would be an extra $39 charge which pushed the price right up. Her whole manner was sour and unhelpful. Had I been warned about the extra charge I would have removed the small amount myself before going. Awful and that woman needs a course on how to talk to customers

This company I’ve noticed always reply to negative feedback, maybe take the feedback from customers into consideration and apologise! You guys are super rude to deal with, and always have something negative or a excuse to say back, overall they are overpriced for their work quality, your better off going to IZZI automotive their cheaper and actually have better work. This company tried charging me $200 just for interior! And then when doing the work it wasn’t even done properly! Crazy crazy

Take your customers feedback and make a change don’t just reply with excuses or attitude simple.

Cheap as ways to maintain the cleanliness of your vehicle. Pay via notes coins or card and obtain tokens. Pre wash, active foam brush, pressure wash, wax, vaccum, air freshener. All done for just $10. Bit more effort to do everything alone but a good workout too. Must use

Went there and so many options weren't available. No signage up at the time explaining what was out of stock like the wax. Literally just kept reverting back to water.

Vacuum is very good, quality suction. No fragrance available as again all was out of stock.

Generally quite clean. Just the odd customer coming in and out leaving there personal cleaning rags behind.

Did a great wash on the car though & a good clean. Through and through it was ok.
