Ray fitted us in for a quick job to get the WOF and it came in well under his quoted price. Ray is always helpful.

Not serious, I took an appointment for prepurchase and when i showed up they just say there is no appointment booked and we dont have time today. The day before to sell my car.very unprofessional.

So I contacted Ray about my bmw managed to scan it and find the faults highly impressed thank you Ray will definitely be back in the near future bonus my car was ready before lunchtime

Fantastic service, trust worthy, and honestly priced. Had my brake pads, engine oil, oil filter, and headlight bulb replaced. Ray was polite, accommodating, efficient, and had great communication. Would recommend and I will be back.

Ray and the team at Autobahn are too good! Wish I had found this gem mechanic earlier. Took in to get it checked and got it back the same day with it being thoroughly checked through and given an honest review on my car which I appreciated.

Ray and the team have done some work on my husbands 4wd - each time we have contacted Ray he has been extremely helpful and accomodating.
His hourly rate is also competitive, and the quality of work is top notch.
Ray fixed our 4wd rear brakes that another mechanic shop in Northland did an incredibly poor job on - leaving them sticking and not stopping the truck well (and charging us $1700 for). He sorted the problem within a short time and had us on our way with 100% operating brakes!
Which is why we prefer to travel to Ray for any work that we need done.

I have a BMW and my engine light came on so I rang to Ray. Rang on a Monday he got me in Tuesday and my car was up and running Tuesday afternoon.

I have been coming to Autobahn for a few years now, and are very happy with the services, price and customer service. Ray is honest, polite and always tries to fit you in where he can, always with a smile. I would recommend Autobahn.

I have just brought a car that has just been worked on by Autobahn, jobs included. Oil change, engine bay clean, carb tune, rear brake re-bond brake shoes and fit. First issue the engine had only 3 ltr of oil added for the oil change 1.7 lts short of what was required, damaged oil bung gasket wasn't replaced there was less than half of the gasket was left, this led to all of the oil draining overnight. Secondly engine and engine bay was not cleaned, thirdly rear brakes shoes were installed and do not work due to a ceased self adjuster, instead of fixing them it was written on the invoice that they were self adjustable this led to the car basically having no brakes. Twin carbs were adjusted incorrectly leading to hard starting and stalling. Very poor repairs
