Experts know what they are doing.be around for a while so they are stable and experienced.central location and courtesy cars available. Very friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended. I use their services over official Benz dealership.

I have regular Mercedes independent repairers that i always go to for any service or repairs for my two cars.but this time i thought i will give this guys a go with an oil change service and guess what.the worst customer care i have ever experienced.go to autoavantgarde or ecmercedez.they are the best respectively.they know how to talk to a customer.

I only trust Autohaus Auckland with my cars now. Byron, the owner, has been managing the servicing of prestigious cars for many, many years. I now live out of Auckland and have had two reputable 'authorised' service shops (out of Auckland), work on my car - one replaced a part that didn't need replacing, the other damaged the car so badly that I wouldn't take it back to have them repair it. So I now prefer to bring my cars up to Auckland to Autohaus. I agree with all the great reviews on here. I would be very surprised if there is any truth in the few low score reviews listed especially as there is no record of them having any servicing done at all. The other chap - well - I wouldn't want him as a customer either - occasionally there's one like this, and it's good for everyone that he goes elsewhere now. I suggest you try Autohaus and judge for yourself.

Initially went to coutts for servicing, but as our Merc grew older, coutts became less interested in customer service towards us. Guess I was no longer considered a potential new Merc customer. Wish I had got onto Autohaus earlier. These guys deliver a consistently high level of customer service regardless of vehicle age. They genuinely take care to optimise the cost of any work done. I trust these guys to inform me on what really needs doing and to deliver a quality outcome at a fair price.

Charged $2600 for a new solenoid messed around with the air fillter when they shouldn't have only for the engine light to come on again a week later. Tried to say it was a new problem. After a second opinion they had over charged, not fixed the original issue and also had to pay for the air filter to be re-fited. This crowd are un-trustworthy un-professional and a pack of muppets.

Just a brilliant team. Always get the job done at a reasonable price to very high standards. What these guys don't know about a Mercedes isn't worth knowing. Thrilled to learn they've extended their services to other brands too.

APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Took my car in for a specific fault, was charged hundreds of dollars and given no resolution and told to bring it back later (which implys they didn't even try hard the first time). Shelley on front desk was extremely passive aggressive and rude, went to return car and was met with sighs and rolling eyes. Ended up taking elsewhere and cutting my loses - don't waste your time.
