Autoland North Shore Ltd

I took my 2012 Lexus CT200H in for its regular service, my first with Autoland. They provided a courtesy car and the vehicle was ready for pick up by midday. They did not mention it to me at the time, but they cleaned up a recent scratch to my front bumper and blacked up my tyres as part of the service. I am very satisfied. Great communication and I highly recommend them.

Great customer service, super friendly and helpful. Got my Wof done and it took less than half an hour, super quick and easy. Definitely recommend coming here!

The team are good communicators and provide excellent service. I get a real sense they are looking out for you - prioritising what needs to be done and holding off on other things if cost is too much. They are efficient and provide a curtesy car if requested. A great team.

I’ve been taking my cars to Autoland over the last 10+ years and they are the only mechanics I trust. They have looked after all 3 of my cars, one of which is a European (VW). They are always reliable and honest and even after I moved across Auckland, they are still the only mechanic I use. Nick and the team and professionals with exceptional knowledge and expertise, and I always receive superior customer service from Brett!

Took car in for rear wheel noise, confirmed it was the wheel bearings. They completed the repair very quickly same day which was great. Cost was very reasonable and am very happy. I would certainly recommend and use again.
