Great service from Don and his team. Your vehicle whether new or classic is taken good care of at a reasonable price. Wouldn't trust my car with anyone else now that I've become a customer there!

Super bad service attitude, they charged me extremely expensive fees but did not fixed anything. They took your money and spoke dirty language to ask you to go away. Never ever go to this shop.

Had a super service from this place and highly recommend it for all your tyre service needs. I got a good deal to replace all four tyres for my car and a free wheel alignment too! Will definitely go back here.

Overpriced for low quality parts and service. Spent $1500 to get an oil pump and module replaced but broke down under a year. So had to get it towed again went to another place with a better reputation but did incur additional $500 in cost.

Poor mechanic skills. Missed an obvious oil leak which they lied about when questioned on the phone. Has cost us an extra $1000 to get fixed. Do not trust these guys.

If I could give less than one star, I would. They had my car for 7 weeks and 3 days, for a job that should only have taken a couple of days. Never returned my calls, only got excuses of unable to find parts when I went to see them. They quoted me between $2000 and $3000 for the head gasket, which I accepted as average - then when I FINALLY got to pick up the car, I was presented with a bill for almost $5500.
I've since had the car gone over by another, more trustworthy mechanic, and I've been told that a substandard job was done and I need to get rid of the car before the head gasket goes again.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Poor service and rip off garage. First time I did my wof, they said I needed new tyres but after I took the car the tyres were not aligned properly and made noise. I had to fix it myself at home. They should be retired

Very bad communication as I dropped my car on Friday and said they will give me a quote the next day. But didn't call me till I started asking any updates. He even charges on a quote and threatened to say that if I didn't want them to fix my car I have to pay for $500 labor. I won't ever use them and just one word to describe them is DODGY

I do love this place. Don is a very nice and proficiency in motor with the reasonable price. My car used to has a shock absorber install in a wrong way from other garage and so many garage cannot find out what is going on with my car even the VTNZ, but he found it and fixed it in a proper way. I do recommend this place for everyone.

Most pleasant experience ive ever had dealing with automotive services. A one stop shop for all my mechanical needs at a very affordable price. Great communication throughout the services highly recommend to all.

Over promised and under delivered. Very friendly people but I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same experience as we did. Extremely inefficient customer service. They had our vehicle for 6 + weeks saying they couldn't find parts, numerous promises to fix it "this week" but didn't reply to any phone calls. I must have left a dozen voice messages with no calls returned. Claimed they couldn't find parts over that 6 weeks. Ended up getting the vehicle towed to another trusted mechanic and he's sourced quality guaranteed second hand parts within the hour and getting the vehicle fixed within a couple of days. Wish I'd taken it here straight away.

Went for WOF on a Sunday. Bad diagnostics, and failed WOF on relatively new and well maintained car. Diagnosed as steering link "excessive play" - but as he turned the wheel whiled car is jacked the steering was also obviously turning. Rechecked with 2 other WOF agents (for peace of mind) and both disputed the results and confirmed car was 100% OK. Please keep away from this place, this is a scam possibly is looking for some repair work to be done at his place.

Very friendly people who get the job done. Only problem is that you do sometimes have to wait for your car to be serviced.
