Definitely not good place to buy car here. Autospot North Shore was the worst experience I have dealt with in my life.

You will not buy a good quality car here, and after the car problems.

Highly recommend these guys. Have bought a couple cars now and very happy with service from the team and the high level of quality stock. After sales os excellent also.

My son bought a car from these guys. Pulling up, I was a little worried. But I needn't have been. It all went really well. Connor was great to deal with. They did everything they said they would and we drove away feeling great about the purchase. Thanks autospot. Great cars, good prices with an honest and helpful team.

I bought my car under my company’s name. The dealership knew it from the very beginning but didn’t said anything until everything was done. They asked me to sign the finance papers. I did everything as they asked me to. After I signed all the other papers, they said this car is not covered under the consumers act warranty. I had no other option as I signed the finance and everything already so I had to sign the warranty paper as well. They said as soon as you drive it away you won’t be covered by us.
They knew I am getting this under my company’s name but they didn’t tell me until I signed the finance papers.
When I was driving home, after like 4 Kms all the warning lights came up on the dash. And when I tried to contact the dealer they simply said you are not covered under the warranty. My mechanical warranty said there is a stand down period of 21 days. I had to go to the BMW dealership and spend money from my pocket.
I am busy with work as soon as I get some time I will try to get legal advice on this.

It was terrible experience with Auto Spot. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Organised a pre-purchase inspection as I don't live in Auckland and wanted to be confident car was good before arriving to purchase it. I was happy with the report. Sales people said they had some other interest. They knew I'd be flying in to pick up the vehicle so asked if I'd be happy with paying a deposit so the car would definitely be here when I arrived. I was happy to do this - they'd send the paperwork over to me "this afternoon".

Paperwork didn't arrive. A couple days later, LATE in the afternoon, the literal day before flying out to Auckland, I get a call saying "sorry, we sold it to someone else. "

Somebody should really be accountable for this shocking error in customer service.

I have recently bought a used 2010 VW Golf R from here and just wanted to give a shout out to Darrin and the team! He welcomed me with open arms, let me go for a test drive with minimal hassle and went over the whole process very thoroughly while providing excellent customer service. I had a pre-purchase inspection prior to buying the car and Darrin and the team kindly agreed to fix everything in the report. Hands down I would buy another car from them again if I had the money.

Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car, they’ll take care of you! 5/5 from me.

Purchased a car from these guys, first salesman was great. After finance had gone through and I went to collect my new car, I was handed my keys and paperwork and told my car was near the front fence after having to ask them where it was. The owner and two of his salesman were standing there in the office and not one of them showed me to may car or went through it with me. There was absolutely no customer service at all, very disappointing. Can't believe I have to even give them a star to post this: (

From Gordon's very personal customer service to the excellent range of their fleet and great prices. Autospot are amazing! I thought everything was complete after we picked our cars up. The next day their Audio technician called us saying they are going to upgrade the headunit. Forget going anywhere else stop by at Diana drive for a real deal with a real dealership. Absolutely not impressed with this dealership! I've seen my fair share of dealerships getting away with all sorts of stuff but this one takes the cake. No issues about the car we're made aware to me or my partner before purchase so of course came to a shock when the minute it got of the truck we found issues. Took it to multiple mechanics and multiple reports sent to dealership and 4 months later nothing has been done and more issues are coming. Coil overs are needing replacement, fogging in headlights and now we wanted to check the rear wheel because something didn't sound right but guess what? !? !? ! There was no jack or anything to lift the car! This completely unacceptable! Do not buy if your not looking to get ripped off.

I went across the city from south to north but they are too lazy (or arrogant) to even move to car for a test ride. I have never met any sales that wouldn't provide a test ride. And William told me they would like to raise to price later. It seems that they are not interested in making a deal haha. Such an good confidence in his sales skill and the car still sitting in their garage, Cool. I am so glad to stop wasting my time and have a better deal with someone else with reasonable price and lower mileage. I even get a test ride on new Yaris GR. Whoops, way better experience.

Definitely regret not reading any reviews about this dealership. Have had issues with the vehicle purchased. Have had the vehicle for about 2 months now and issues still haven't been resolved. Was also told if I wanted the issue fixed to go through my own contacts. Which for a start is not my problem. Buyer beware when purchasing vehicles that have been certified. Do your due diligence to make sure the cert matches the vehicle as these guys and the wof inspector they use will put the blame onto someone else. Even tho the buck stops with the wof inspector

Condition of purchase was to fix an oil leak. They shoved a piece of foam in to pretend it had been repaired, I ended up taking to a local mechanic to repair. Bushes were shot in front suspension, but I gave up trying to get them to fix it as they were totally unresponsive and just wore the repair costs. They say they all vehicles professionally serviced, that's not true - oil was overfilled and had not been changed.and I'm amazed the air filter made it though import biosecurity! Just avoid, look at all the negative reviews.

Called before I went and confirmed the car is available. Then took me 1 hr driving there and I was told no test drive unless price is agreed. Totally a waste of time. At least they could tell me their test drive policy when I called. Won't deal with this dealer. Will give 0 star if possible.

Second car we have brought from here and will continue to deal with the guys next time we are in the market!

Dealt with Connor & William they were positive +1 star.
The guys made it an effortless transaction +1 stars.
Trade me listing didn’t mention on road costs of $595 -1 star.
Had to test drive with supervision -1 star.
Was told car was mint but compliance checks showed defects to be reminded weren’t stated to me, car had only 1 key, Sportback boot lid missing -1 star.
When I picked up, gas tank 1/4 filled -2 stars.
Was told car was cleaned this was completely untrue -1000 stars.
Their location and layout is good +1 star.
Cars on their yard are cool +1 star.

Leaving 2 star review because I actually like the car but am quite displeased by the experience.
