Autostation

I have been taking my cars to Autostation for WOF and service for a while now. Ben and his team are friendly, helpful, kind and fair people and provide a service unseen these days. Last week Saturday I arrived at their workshop just before closing with a problem with a missing bolt on an engine mount I thought was an easy replacement. Ben and his mechanic whipped it up on the hoist despite it being closing time, and discovered it was actually a broken mount needing replacement. I said I would take it back in the week but they insisted on helping, they went and bought the part, installed it, and helped fix a couple of other issues such as replacing a brake light bulb while we waited. Their team put off having lunch together until they were finished an hour and a half after closing time! I tried to pay for the extra overtime and they didn't want a bar of it! What service and commitment to helping a customer, and the mechanic did it with a smile, joke and even a song, you can tell he loves what he does and is such a humble kind person, they have secured our business and I highly recommend them. Thank you Ben and team.

On the 5 June yes during Lock Down we purchased a VW Touareg from Leo at Autostation, over the years we have brought a few vehicles and without a word of lie this has been the best service we have received. Highly recommended company. The guys really know their stuff and give honest advice. After being messed around in the past I was getting more anxious about mechanics, however I am happy that I have found a reliable mechanic on the shore. After they serviced my car, I immediately booked in my partners car. A+ work, thanks again guys.

They repaired my air conditioning for $650 cash (no gst). On the same night I found that a/c temperature is freezing cold even temp control set at 32 degrees. When I returned my car, they said it's a different issue and refused to fix it. Clearly evading tax and breaching consumer guarantees act. Avoid like plague.
