The mechanics here are true professionals. They diagnosed and fixed my car's WOF issues quickly and efficiently, and the cost was reasonable. They even took the time to explain the repairs in a way that I could understand, which I really appreciated.

What sets them apart is their honesty and transparency. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, as I got 3 quotes to compare and AutoTeamNZ's was by far the most thorough and reasonable.

I was also given a loan car while the work took place, which was a huge help. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable workshop in the area.

A friend recommended this workshop to me, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to others based on my experience. My first impression of the mechanic was not a pleasant one, but I decided to proceed with servicing my car. I requested that the oil leak be fixed and then an oil change performed. However, when I got home I realized that the mechanic changed the oil without fixing the leak and I was charged for the service. It was frustrating to spend $431 on a service that did not meet my expectations, even after being asked to take the car back to the shop I have decided that I have no intention of ever returning to this establishment again.

Clayton is a very attentive and polite guy, the place is very clean and extremely organized. I recommend it to many people since I met!

Three hours to do a WOF inspection is a joke, I wasted all morning to do a WOF. I made an appointment two weeks before, arrive at nine in the morning and leave at almost 12 o'clock and only after complaining twice, the second time I said I wanted my car key back because I wanted to leave. Ten minutes later everything was ready.

Highly recommend Clayton and his team at Autoteam. I have been taking my cars to him since 2012 whether it be for a wof, a service, or general repair. Without fail he is reliable and provides exceptional service at an extremely affordable and honest price. The instant that I have an issue with my car, Clayton is the only person I will call. I also refer my friends to him and he promptly attends to their needs. He is compassionate, genuine and can make your stress of car problems disappear.

Nice staff. We went there 6 month ago after buying our van because the AA inspector told me there was a problem with the suspension. We’re backpackers and don’t know much about cars. Among other stuff, we’ve been charged $344 for the right front upper control arm, labor not included. We just had the left one changed in an other garage and payed $200 for the piece. Not a big deal but seems a bit overpriced.
