Love the place staff are always so helpful and so are all the other helper keep up the great work 

Found these guys after the constant battle to find a reliable dealer that wouldnt rip me off behinde my back out west Auckland, they have always been honest & upfront to any questions I had & are warm welcoming.

I was recommended to go to Avondale Scrap Metal by friends and family and I now know why. I have been here twice in the last week to drop off two van loads of iron, steel, copper, lead and mixed metal. The van was unloaded for me quickly and efficiently and I was paid excellent prices for each type of metal. I definitely recommend Avondale Scrap Metal.

Website says they provide skips and trailers for clients to fill up. I called this afternoon requesting this as I have a garage full of my dads old metal tools, heavy metal tools, nails, 3 large winches, engineering tools, roofing, shelving, materials, cans, copper etc. All have ceased up and I have no use for them.
Anyway, they weren’t interested and told me they don’t drop off skips or trailers anymore. Is it because I sound like a young woman on the phone that they assumed it wasn’t worth while, I don’t know.
Recommend that if you have changed your services, update your website! Otherwise work on your customer service.
