Bailey Tanks

Still waiting for my tank ordered 1st November told by
factory staff 2-3 weeks taking a very long time to be delivered 11 weeks since order just not good enough very disappointing for the customer

Be aware the drain coil is not always what is stated on the tag. Bought 30m but when measured was only 29m. Bailey tanks ltd denied this and claimed that no one else has had this issue. And that it was measured by computer and couldn't be wrong.

The driver delivered the tank to an incorrect address twice! Third time finally he called me after he was told by the head office and he was very rude and abusive. Whilst rolling the tank he bent the side of the tank as he kept banging it against my retaining wall.
Terrible experience…never had this bad of an experience before.

Great service up until delivery, we were told that we would be contacted 3 days before delivery but this never happened. It’s not clear that the delivery is just to the front gate, when we had a fridge delivered it’s to the final location not just dumped in the driveway. The delivery guys were rude and unhelpful.

Hone and the team really went above and beyond to get our tank delivered to us. They had to deal with canceled barges and rescheduled delivery dates /times at very short notice and managed to make it all happen. They were fantastic to deal with throughout the whole process, their customer service is outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The tank is exactly as expected. We really appreciated them going to such an effort for us and we would highly recommend Bailey Tanks.

The Bailey Tank team are amazing to deal with - they have a great product and delivery was seamless. From the nice man who walked us around the yard so I could see the colours for real, to the charming and helpful logistics planner - it was just all too easy.am even thinking of buying another one to replace my old concrete one. - Thank you

Bailey’s tanks are an absolute pleasure to deal with – quick to respond, find solutions and provide product! We ended up using them twice for our property – once for our general water supply tanks and then again for a fire safety tank. The second time was a rather last minute and unexpected purchase – and they went above and beyond to help us find a solution and give us a good price! Would highly recommend David and his team.

I found Bailey Tanks be a very good firm to deal with. They offered very good advise and steered me into the style of tank that best suited my requirements. They were good value for money, processed my order quickly and had two tanks delivered to my house in a couple of days. Very impressive

Hi my name is Lorraine Walen, we purchased 3 Bailey's tanks for our kindergarten when we embarked on our Enviroschools Programme. I was extremely impressed with the expert advice and the friendly customer service that we received. When our tanks arrived the young man delivered them with a smile into the capable hands of a builder and plumber waiting to install them. I'm pleased to say our children are now learning all about sustainable practices while we using water collected in the tanks. Thank you and well done.

Bailey Tanks Delivery service is absolutely minimal and sub-par. They were prepared to leave me alone with the tanks on their sides with no way to right them. They even claim it takes three men to get a tank from its side on to its bottom yet they send out one staff member. The potential damage and injury that could result from this could be catastrophic. They could have blown into my house, the neighbours house, gone over me and injured me or my sheep. I cannot believe that you are satisfied to provide such a negligent and insane service. And you will not take responsibility for this negligence. I will NEVER recommend you to anybody, i will be vehemently against it and i will never come back to you again in the future. Your delivery should atleast be safe and ensure the tanks are able to be rolled and then placed on the flat side. Laziness, understaffing, negligence. Never again!
