Bar Africa

Went for a beer and a burger, it was very quiet at lunch but with that came great service. I imagine it would more atmosphere at night when the bar is full of people.

Food menu is at the lowest point of low. While being reminded to purchase raffle tickets for electronic devices from the locals. The place itself is perfect to be able to host all members of ManaakiSPORT and our collective group. Such a waste of its true potential

Staff helpful & friendly. Good menu for a bar. Sunday music great for dancing. Will return.

I almost puked eating the horrendous food here - how can you mess up a pizza and chips? Staff were RUDE and inattentive and were not helpful at all making my experience unenjoyable. Do not go here unless you want to suffer

A fun, decent blue collar bar with an ATM machine, Pokies, Food and drinks.
The staff are friendly and have good banter.
Especially great if you come Thurs because that's when they have sexy women come in and parade around in lingerie.

We were there Sunday 18th July 2021.
A total disappointment, no one brought us menu's, the one staff member was playing pool, only one staff member eventually took our order! Our 2 starters Garlic bread and Peri peri Chk Chicken wings, took 45 mins, arrived cold.
Main menus Scotch Fillet Steak, Steak and eggs all cold overcooked. We were there 10 years ago, it was Awsome, but Now, sadly The five of us will not be going there again.

Great service, great food, great atmosphere. Highly recommend this place if you are having a function or family get together.

Nice place but pre-booked with a large group and they were seriously understaffed. Some of us didn't get our meals at all and some had to wait for a long time to be served.

Booked well in advance, only to turn up with 45 people to get slow service, no staff, they stopped food orders as they're overwhelmed.poor organising.

This place is HUGE and so cool. There are pool tables, a massive patio, great food and the service is on point. Highly recommend.

Rude staff behind the bar, waited 20 minutes and still no service, not many people in the place maybe 10, drinks very expensive, pool table old and need to be replaced. There was another group near us that complained about their food too. Was told they open at 11am but they were not open at 11am there was Noone in there, even when returning there after 1115am still noone there, both male and female toilets Disgusting, used to be an amazing but what a disgrace it's turned into, I would not recommend at all.

Great staff great management and stink pokies (I didn't win as u may guess) and the food looks great too.

The meals took forever to come, despite being literally the only cutomers in the place.
The burger patty was uncooked, fully pink throughout the middle. If we ate that then we would have obviously gotten food poisoning. The Lamb shanks were incredibly tough, not done well at all. Their health safety rating wasnt anywhere to be seen.
The only vegetarian food was chips - which they somehow managed to get basic hot chips to taste bad. They also still use plastic straws.
When we mentioned this they were polite and took one meal off our payment. However, on initially mentioning it they got defensive.

Cosy quiet place but very low quality coffee (machine made noise brewed).
Live band on Saturday noons.
Don’t expect any flash or quick service.
