I was looking for outdoor wall lights and spent hours looking online and at a few shops but couldn’t find anything that was a decent size and good quality. One day Bardsleys came up in my search and finally I had found somewhere where I could view the lights and they were actually in stock. Long story short we went over to the shop and they had some lovely lights, things you don’t see everywhere else and bought some lovely outdoor lights perfect for our new build. Mark and Angela were very easy to work with and new their stuff. I would highly recommend this company. They even delivered them personally, which was very appreciated. Mark went out of his way to help us with a deck lighting problem we had. The service was outstanding right down to the delivery. He was even on holiday when I first contacted him. We highly recommend.

Terrible customer service from Mark, who made many promises to get back to me regarding engineering changes to lights I had purchased. After a site visit, many calls, broken promises, excuses, I received a lighting quote but no engineering quote for the lights I had previously purchased. Given I was tired of chasing Mark, I returned the lights and requested the sale was canceled. Mark refused to refund me so now I am now $500 out of pocket.

Bardsley Lighting have been around for many years. They really are the experts in their field. Not only do they sell beautiful lamps but they also have supplies of light bulbs of all sorts. We have always found their staff are helpful and provide excellent service. I would recommend Bardsleys Lighting & Design. Of course they are right there in the centre of Takapuna, with off road parking right out front. Good people to do business with!

After two visits and a 2 phone calls I have not received a call back for the lamp that has been at your store for a very long time. Last I talked with a lady who said she would call me regardless if you can not find it. I am waiting on your call still and hopefully you can find then lamp. This is a very sentimental piece.

Terrible customer service. Unnecessary amount of time for simple lighting repair. Got hung up on the phone by the boss. Disappointing result after trying to support a local lighting shop.
