We were so impressed with Jijo. When you sell a house, you meet many agents. It's easy to see they're not all the same, and you soon get an idea of who are the exceptional ones, and who aren't. AN AGENT YOU CAN TRUST

When I first contemplated listing my property with Pier, I was hesitant. Previous salespeople I had spoken with told me I'd have to sell my house at a loss and not to expect much. Thankfully, Pier eased my concerns from our very first meeting.

From having an open, honest conversation about the listing process, developing a marketing plan, dealing with a problematic tenant/property manager, organising a photo shoot and tending to minor maintenance issues on my behalf, Pier made the whole process a breeze. He frequently went the extra mile and was always on hand to answer any questions I had.

I think that's what separates Pier from the previous salespeople I had spoken to — he truly cares about the people he works with and puts them before a 'quick sell' or money. What's more, if he's ever unsure of something he's not afraid to ask for help — and the rest of his team are a pleasure. During the auction process, Pete (Pier's manager) was on hand to reassure me and iron out the inevitable kinks that come with selling a house.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am for all of Pier's hard work. His efforts truly got me out of a tight spot post-COVID-19, and I'll always be thankful for everything he did.

Already reviewed by someone DISHONEST AND RUDE 2years ago, I do agree, still the same. Plus presbyopia. The tenant recommended by them was weird.

Put an application in for a rental on June 24th. Have heard nothing, I don't care if the application wasn't successful anymore as I found another place. But making people wait over a week is extremely bad service and I wonder how landlords must feel knowing that your staff can't even be bothered to send a "sorry, it was unsuccessful" email. Considering I have sold 2 houses through Barfoot too where the staff were fantastic it's especially disappointing.

Once we all get there they tell us, OH BY THE WAY, THIS IS ONLY 6 MONTHS CONTRACT FOR NOW. MAYBE MORE?
That just ain't good enough. Where was the info about this on B&T webpage or maybe send a e-mail to at least inform us.
Probably 25-30 people showed up and got disappointed.
Drove for 1hour n 45min to get the info at the door.
And I was even ready to pay their ridiculous rent they asked for!
Bad form.
