Excellent property management service. Communication to landlords and tenants are done perfectly and keeping all interested parties in the loop. I totally recommend Barfoot Ellerslie property management team to landlords!

Absolutely horrible service and poor management. I don’t recommend these people at all. If you want to know why, keep reading.

Since Cynthia left (our original property manager) we just had problems. Standard procedures like waiting for the water bill 4 weeks to actually give the bond back are some of the antiquated practices they still have, they should have communicated if we wanted the bond straight away we simply had to take a photo of the water meter and send that reading so they can get the bill from water care straight away, instead, they did not communicate any of this and the whole bond refund process was a nightmare.

They don’t make it easy for the client at all.
Today, 20 days after we moved out we still haven’t even got the bond form to sign it so we can get the bond back from tenancy services, so we will have to still wait up to 72 hours to get it back.

Do a favour to yourself and never deal with them.

Throughout our two-year stay, he has been there for us, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring our happiness as tenants.

Daniel's attention to detail is truly impressive, taking care of all the necessary paperwork and ensuring the property was in perfect condition. Whenever we faced any maintenance concerns, he promptly took care of them, making sure we had a comfortable and problem-free living experience.

We initially chose Eugene and Joanne as we liked that they were a team, and on initially meeting them, they appeared to work well together, were knowledgeable of our area and unpretentious.
We were not disappointed - they were very easy to work with throughout the process, very personable, approachable, efficient, professional and communicated well. We felt they were committed to us, we weren't just 'another listing'. They were always available to answer questions, provide valuable advice and answer any concerns open and honestly. They were proactive with potential buyers and kept us updated with regular feedback throughout the sale process. We had an amazing turnout for our open homes and felt that they worked hard for us to achieve a great result. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services to any prospective vendors.

Rented a house through them. The house suffered extensive damage and neglect from improper care that they have put down to "normal wear and tear of an aging house".
