We have been under so much pressure to find right rental and time wasn't on our side. When we started our search for the property we realized that Barfoot & Thompson was preferable company to deal with. We soon realized that rental process was changed over the years and that we needed some help and guidance through whole process. Holly Castello was there to help. She explained everything and guided us through process from start to end. Highly recommended to work with.

After having a series of bad experiences with Property Managers blowing us off, or taking months to reply, Holly Costello was a breath of fresh air. Not only was she thorough and attentive, she managed to take us from viewing a home to signing the agreement in under 2 days without missing a beat. She answered every question we had, no matter how dumb. We're grateful for her quick turnaround and professionalism, and hope more people get to have the experience we had.

Extremely poor experience with Holly Castello. No value for customers time but does for her time. It’s obvious she is dealing with number of properties around city hence she has got that attitude which is not good for a long run. Highly unprofessional to deal with. Always keep an eye out for this name.

Went to an open home this weekend listed by Diana West, one of the agents at the Epsom branch. We were greeted extremely rudely at the front gate, when the agent condescendingly asked us if we were serious about purchasing the home (before even introducing herself, or letting us walk through the house). She proceeded to turn us away, stating that the owners don’t want people that aren’t looking to buy the home to see it. Found this extremely strange as it was a public open home, & we felt highly disrespected especially as we are actually looking to buy but weren’t sure if we wanted to buy this home as we hadn’t seen it!
