Sonia Martinez is an outstanding property manager, she makes necessary and professional communication when there is a need. She has good knowledge of property management, she knows what to do and resolves the problem in a timely manner. If you are looking for a good property manager to look after your property and save your time, remove your headache, she is the one you want to work with. She was not the first person I contacted at B&T, but in my opinion she is the best and I would recommend her to other people.

One of the worst experiences I have had in the property industry. Ying Li was rude, deceitful and utterly unprofessional turning up to meetings an hour late. Tried to reach out to management but never heard back which sums up this branches professionalism.

As soon as Jane Jo, an agent from Barfoot & Thompson Glen Eden, agreed to take over the management for my CBD apartment I was immediately impressed with her professionalism and the services she provided. Great property manager. I am renting. I dealt with Lorraine and had no problem at all. Always answered my calls and questions. Great to deal with.

Hopeless responses, don't return calls, or resolve situations. I still have a bond sitting with them that they have incorrectly lodged, and so now can't seem to resolve as they need somebody elses signature on the bond, even though it was me who lodged the bond, with clear instructions that at the termination it was to come back to the same place. I've called half a dozen times, but I get no answers.
