Lisa, your admin, communication and attention to detail is outstanding and thank you for listening to my thoughts and suggestions and guiding us through the process. Your knowledge and expertise made the process quick and efficient - and you really do have some great suppliers!
Wayne your calm, easy going nature was so brilliant when we were getting to the 'nitty gritty' of things and you were excellent in dealing with my elderly mother. I really liked the updates in communication and being able to get hold of you at any time. Thank you for answering my questions - no matter how trivial.

Final thoughts:
I'm glad we spent the time and effort to update the property. It was definitely worth it and reflected in the price we got!
Marketing can vary, so thank you for giving us a wide range of options to fit our budget.
Staging was Amazing and made the house look very classy.
If we did it again, I would look at moving somewhere for a couple of weeks though as keeping the house 'showhome perfect' was a challenge!
We got a great price and that was definitely down to your hard work.
I would also suggest to any elderly person selling their house to have another person to help them - especially with documentation, technology and decision making. Selling a house can be fast paced and decisions need to be made quickly.
