Had a terrible experience with the agent at this place, was rude, unprofessional and showed no customer service care at all. We had a few issues in the house that landlords needs to be taken care of, and the agent took ages to reply, I had to insist to get my money back for a pest infestation treatment that I had to carry because the agent showed no concern, same with a few repairs that the house needed.the agent was rude and simply did not care, I have proofs of her unprofessional behavior.
Simply the worst experience that I've ever have as a tenant, I do not recommend this agency.

Their property management team are awesome, very responsive and professional, highly recommended.

Pakuranga rental team is the best!

Had a really bad experiences today with the property manager, arrogant, and rude, spoil my wife's birthday. During this hard time when we are already facing so much difficulties with daily survival we have a property manager who makes things more difficult.

Our experience with their property management team has been an abysmal one. They simply do not care about their tenants, all they care about are the landlords - end of story.

It's a sad day when a tenant and a landlord have a great relationship and then a property manager messes everything up.
