If zero stars was an option I would pick it.

Unfortunately there needs some serious team training on professionalism on phone etiquette and in general understanding how to handle any type of customers.

I would definitely not recommend going to this branch.

Great experience renting with B & T Panmure for 2+ years. Dominic and Bijaya were great to deal with, very professional. Highly recommend if you are looking to rent or looking for a property manager. Thanks for everything

Very friendly & helpful staff who seem to make your visit comfortable and relaxing. I have dealt with B&T for 10 years and the service has been excellent. Will definitely recommend them to anyone

I visited the open home today at 12 noon, at 336 Panama road, Mt wellington, Agent Dragon Zhou was on site. It was a horrible experience and caused serious concerns on your operations and agent behaviours.
Here is a list of complaints filed against both Dragon Zhou and Jane Wang1. More than 4 tenants are still at the site, one of them is not dressed properly.
2. One bedroom is locked, which cannot be viewed. Under Fair trading act 2003, the products need to be presented to the customers in professional and presentable manners.
3. ALL the rooms are fully occupied by rubbish or by tenants sleeping on the floor, making the viewing unpresented. More Importantly, it causes a huge H&S concern to anyone doing a house visit. Especially the garage, If the building structure is unsafe to walk-in plus full of hazard inside then a hazard sign is needed. Barfoot is fully responsible to the safety of the visitors during open home. Which we will raise this concern directly to worksafe NZ.
4. Agent Dragon Zhou knows barely anything of the house. This part of the complaint I hope it would be taken care of internally before taken further down to REA. Dragon Zhou and Jane Wang's agent licenses should be suspended until a full review has been completed.

Here are the questions I raise to Dragon Zhou, all his answers are "I don't know"1) What tenancy agreements is it?
2) How much is the current rent?
3) Is the Garage consent?
4) How old is this house, when was it built?
5) What is the reason the current owner is selling? And how long has the house been tenant-occupied ?

5. Phone manners, I got treated badly and hung up over the phone by Dragon. Jane Wang refused to reply to related questions via text message.
I hope this email reaches you well.   I would like to hear a review and feedback in regards to the concerns and complaints raised.

Highly disappointed. Please teach your staff how to talk to your clients. If someone is not aware of the rules it is your responsibility to make sure they understand what the rule means and how it is going to be implemented in the coming year. We are paying a huge amount and it is our right to raise concerns regarding the property.
