Barfoot & Thompson Papakura

Not sure what to say. But ONE THING FOR SURE IS, I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE AGENT I HAD DEALINGS WITH. SHAME ON YOU BARFOOT AND THOMPSON PAPAKURA. The Agent name is Amrit Kahlon, but another agent from Barfoot&Thompson, that agent was Souvik Dutta bought a so called Buyer to see my house they put in a offer which had been fully financed and yet the sale fell through. The two agents then tried very hard to pressure me to drop the Price of my house by alot of money. So once again I say SHAME ON YOU BARFOOT AND THOMPSON PAPAKURA, AND THE TWO AGENTS, AMRIT KAHLON AND SOUVIK DUTTA.

Vikas Kapoor has a good knowledge of South Auckland properties. He assited us to get our first home. I believe he has a great attitude towards his clients both for buyer and vendor. His dealing are professional and empathetic. Good luck ahead. I hope we come across again.

I sold my house and the sale fell through
Barefoot refused to refund me there commission and were very unwilling to even discuss it with me.
I have spoken to several other realtors and they all have refunded in these circumstances
Shame shame shame on you Barfoot for not doing the morally right thing and refunding me the commission.
Especially since your man Vikas Kapor cold called me and was very pushy with me and my partner

Both my wife and I really warmed to Amrit after first meeting him at the open home. He was not pushy and he didn't follow you around the house like so many salespeople do. Instead, he introduced himself, asked a few simple questions, and then gave us the time we needed to have a look around the house. After we'd had a look around, we gravitated back to Amrit to ask some questions. His answers demonstrated a wealth of market knowledge and an understanding of the owners expectations.
