I usually don't write reviews a lot but here want to write a small story as I think hard work of any person cannot be justified just by adding a few adjectives!

Me and my wife were looking for a house in market since February end and actively since March. In this journey of house search I met many agents from same and different agencies. But I will say the professionalism, knowledge, responsive, friendly and the positive attitude and commitment I received from "Eshpreet Kolhi" from Papatoetoe branch is incomparable.

Usually, agents in today's world don’t get recognized by customers enough or some gets recognized on how many sales they do. But I think they should also be recognized for how good they are in their work. Throughout my house buying process Eshpreet never convinced me to buy any house. He asked me my requirements and made 1000% effort in finding a right house that we can call our home.

I am a first home buyer and was unaware of the house buying process and had many questions like what to look for when buying a house in specific locality? How is the land value compared to house value? How are my neighbors? How are the streets in papatoetoe? And had never ending questions. But I would appreciate Eshpreet being always very calm and composed and answering to all my queries. Quick and responsive to messages and phone calls late at night with correct advise and suggestions was something that helped me and my wife to make decisions quicker. He always pointed positives and negatives of the property that helped us to analyse better and gave us more clarity to buy the house.

I just want to say thank you Barfoot and Thompson Papatoetoe branch. The people who work here are very talented and rather just doing things, the agents here believe doing things in the right way!

Went to an open home in Otara and met a very arrogant Indian Barfoot agent who works for Papatoetoe that judges potential buyers. Maybe a bit of respect and customer service would have been nice.

The staff have always been very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at reception. I have had many encounters with the rental team who have all been very professional and helpful. Really quick to act and resolve any issues

Don’t go here if you are looking for a place or someone to sell your property. Bad communication. No care for customers. Utterly disgusted with the staff here. I’m shocked you are still operating. If I could give you no stars I would.
