B&T Ponsonby are seriously the laziest and incapable people i have ever dealt with in any type of real estate business. Except for Huw who is really nice & helpful - everything else is a nightmare, amount of emails exchanged for the simplest things, bills not being sent for months on end without anyone realising, not saving/ emailing the right contact details 5 times within one year after kindly correcting them again and again and again.highlight today: emailing me as a tenant who has left months ago for repairs and when i ask to get removed being emailed back what property this relates to. CAN YOU GUYS even READ? I am not sure
