I am writing this note with a sad heart, for the simple reason that we are moving out of our very first home we rented in New Zealand which has been the home to my family and myself for almost 3 years since we moved from South Africa, which you had helped us move in to.

My journey started in September 2019 when I was searching for property to rent, out of the four Realty companies I had applied with, you were the only one to come back to me and I am so happy none of the others did (to this day I might add) as I am convinced I would never have received the most amazing service I have received from you.

My family and I are so very grateful for all you have done for us while we were renting from Barfoot & Thompson Warkworth, over the almost past 3 years you have truly shown what excellent customer service and being professional is all about.

You have been the most amazing agent I have ever dealt with, nothing I ever asked from you was too much, the fact that you even asked the landlord whether I could adopt a puppy when it was a no pet property, you saw the good in me and my family and you did just that for us, and now we have a happy little puppy added to our family.

I truly cannot thank you enough for the time we have been your client and for the wonderful service you had offered us, we will always remember the fond moments in our first rental and how we got where we are today.

Teryn has been our property manager for a few years now and her service has been unrivalled. Property managers in the past have done the bare minimum, she does it all.unprompted suggestions, keeping tenants happy, finding tenants, and keeping the property tidy. Inspection reports are also very formal and feels like we're getting a professional job.

Sam Fenton is an awesome property manager. Nothing is too big of an ask. And she actions issues that arise with the greatest of speed.

We are extremely happy with Sam Fenton’s management of our property and cannot recommend her highly enough to others. She has earned our trust by being thorough, prompt and sensible in all our dealings. She works well with tenants, builders and neighbours, communicating clearly with us at all times. She visits our property regularly, organises all relevant works and follows up so that our property is kept in good order and we do not need to worry. This is without any fuss. We only wish there were more Sam Fentons in the industry!

Ended our tenancy without a specified reason less than 8 months into our tenancy when they couldn't get a rent increase due to new tenancy law. Every interaction was drawn out to be as difficult as possible for me as a tenant after this point.

Teryn Cargill has been amazing to work with. It's nice to have a property manager answer their phone. Good solid advice and great care taken. We would recommend her to any landlord looking for a top quality property manager.
