First time we met Jacquie was back in Feb 2022, right after COVID when most people still did not want to move. With very few properties available, we were forced to move out of where we lived and started looking for rental apartments. This is when we had the opportunity to talk to her about our desperate situation. She showed empathy and helped us find a place to move in within time.
Once again, now, our landlord is selling the property and we are forced to move out. We sent SOS to Jacquie again and she got back to us on the same day which was a Sunday. We found place to move two days later, all because of her.
For us, she is a lifesaver and I highly recommend her to my close friends. Thank you Jacquie!

Jacquie Hargreaves was referred to us by close friends who had rented from Jacquie previously. We rented a property through Jacquie in 2021. She is firm but fair. She follows due process and keeps you informed. She was always at the other end of the telephone or email if we needed assistance with anything. We have now bought our own home. Should we be in a position to rent out our property in the future we will use Jacquie's services as we know she will have our best interests at hand.

Jacquie has been our property manager for almost 3 years now. I didn't have the need to rent a house to live in for decades until 3 years ago so the whole process was all new to me. Jacquie was very caring and she knew what kind of property would suit my needs as well as looking out for the landlord's best interest. I went to 2 properties that Jacquie manages and both were in really good condition. The property I ended up renting suits my needs very well. I didn't need to contact Jacquie much during the past few years but she was quick to respond the few times things needed to be attended to and were all sorted promptly. I would definitely recommand anyone who needs to rent, to look for the ones that Jacquie manages because you can rest assured that they will be in good condition.

Jacquie and Kurtis look after my rental property.

Their professional knowledge and effective work towards to my goal impress me. No matter in the evening, or weekend, they reply to Landlord’s inquiry within an hour.

I am glad to have property manager like them, hassle free from Tenants move in, until final property inspection, it saves landlord’s time.
