Worst property managers we ever experienced. Very unprofessional, no attention to any communication, not approachable at any time. Although I made all my payments on time, they emailed me multiple times that I have overdue payments. They send inspection notice within 24 hours of the actual inspection and even forgot to lodge our bond payment.

Great communication from the property management team. They understand the complexities of tenancy law and balance this with landlord needs fairly. Highly recommended!

Hopeless! Don't look after tenants at all. 5 different property managers in 4 1/2 years. Don't report back with follow ups. Forget to send monthly water bills. Don't give you names of handymen or companies due for fixing property. Lack of communication

Headache! Their property managers only make your work 10 times harder. Waste of money. And if you’re unhappy with their service you can’t cancel it for a year. You have to follow up for weeks for them to reply. I don’t know where to start. One example is if something needs to be fixed they don’t respond for months to arrange a time because we are not allowed to contact tenants directly then after few months they contact and claim we don’t do our job properly because we haven’t fixed yet.
Also they want to communicate they are very rude.

We contract to Barfoot Titirangi to do their plumbing maintenance and servicing on tenanted properties. We are incredibly impressed with how easy they are to deal with. Always prompt to respond to any questions and look after their tenants very well.
