Nightmare rental experiences come about from dealing with people like Barefoot and Thompson Waiuku. The fact that they reply with 'we value good customer service' is just laughable. These guys didnt give a flying that they had put gang members in my mothers house and replied with its your neighbours gossiping. Disgusting

Professional, knowledgeable & kept us informed every step of the way. As First Home Buyers, my partner and I were extremely blessed to have Natalie Gombert as our Real Estate Agent. She was very thorough in the process; making sure to update us every step of the way. She took the time and care to update us regularly along the way. Her warm and welcoming approach really made us feel comfortable to deal with. There is no fault I can find in this woman’s workmanship, as she is amazing at what she does! My partner and I will always look back on this experience, and be eternally grateful for the grace Natalie has taken upon caring for us as buyers. Will definitely be recommending her services to anyone who is interested.

Suzann was fantastic rental property manager. The rental team was always supportive, understanding, helpful and professional. Would never hesitate to rent through them again. Communication was fantastic.thank you.

I wouldn't use them again. Some agents may be okay but when you ring to speak to branch manager he wouldn't take your call. Piss poor

My Favourite Real Estate Agent Office I've ever dealt with. Suzann has always gone above and beyond for me as a previous tenant of hers. I've had 2 rental properties through her and if ever i need to again in the future. She would be the first person I would approach. The whole Waiuku Branch are just Amazing

Not a great agency this Waiuku branch, had the property details wrong on trademe, incorrect suburb not to mention I had to ring the waiuku twice just to get the address, it took a hour and a half just in driving there and home, and as for Suzanne Foley well she was a unhelpful lazy dog, and that's being polite
