Barry Sheds were excellent, from the initial design through to the final finished product. We were kept up to date with the installation schedule and the completed cabin is exactly what we had hoped for. The whole team were great to deal with from whoa to go.
Would fully recommend them if a shed or cabin is needed. The photo attached is of our not quite finished cabin.

We purchased a custom shed from Barry Sheds and the entire process from planning to installing was an absolutely amazing service! Special thanks to Sheree on the designing/planning stages where we had lots of questions to ask as it was a big investment for us but she took her time to explain every step of the process and she made us feel confident with our selection. Barry and his crew did an amazing job installing the shed once it arrived, took only half a day and had a pleasure to chat with Barry as well. Finally finished our project after several months of painting but the overall look of the shed turned out just as we had imagined. Definitely recommend Barry Sheds for anyone wanting a sleepout/office.

Barry Sheds were great to work with - responsive, professional, friendly and very accommodating. The installation went very smoothly - really quick, but impressive attention to detail. The quality of the finished "shed" is amazing! I love our beautiful home-office in the back yard. My commute is now a few seconds walk through my garden, cuppa in hand, and the shed is a delightful place to work. Couldn't be happier!

By the time we added all the extras - double-glazing, lining, insulation, etc - the price was getting up there, but I don't regret a cent. It's good value for money, and the result really pretty as well as comfy. It's an expensive shed, but a really cheap renovation/additional room.

Barry Sheds are awesome to deal with, and we are really happy with our new outside office. We enjoyed being able to custom design our cabin, and we felt like we were listened to every step of the way. When the cabin was being installed a minor issue arose, which Jessica and Sheree were very quick to sort out for us to our satisfaction. We wouldn't hesitate to use Barry Sheds again in the future.

If you’re looking for a new Shed / Man Cave, look no further that the team at Barry Sheds! Just had our Shed ordered, delivered & installed today. I couldn’t be happier. Sheree looked after us and was a delight to deal with. Fast communication throughout the process, friendly and professional. Disappointed with the finish quality of the shed. The ranchslider arrived with gouges out of it and barely closes properly. The frame it sits in isn't square has has a visible bow in the top with a massive gap that will let water pour in. The gap between the scribers and weatherboards is unacceptable in many places. The trim inside wasn't nailed down properly and was loose in places. One of the sheets of ceiling ply wasn't even nailed in properly, so I had to fix that. At the back of the shed, the top of the scribers have a gaping hole where water will pour in. I had to punch in 95% of the exterior weatherboard nails and many of the interior nails as they were proud. Delivery guy was sent on his own, only reason we even got this installed was that there happened to be 2 men available to hold ropes and help him. Was told that the shed would arrive with fixings to attach to piles, but that didn't happen. Sloppy quality and underwhelming experience. It's going to take a lot of sikaflex to make this thing watertight. Be warned.

Edit: The door lock / handle system only lasted about 3 months before it completely fell apart and would no longer lock. The lock had barely been used. Rubbish quality.

Great company to deal with. All staff friendly and quick to respond via email or phone. We are really happy with our shed and look forward to getting it all painted up and ready to use.

We chose Barry Sheds because we could customise our shed to match our house. The shed arrived on time and the quality was as we expected apart from a few small problems. After an email we had a date confirmed for the service guy to come and rectify the issues. The guy who came was very helpful and everything, and more, was done. This follow up was marvellous- we live in Coromandel and have struggled with after sales service from other Auckland companies- thanks heaps

Everything went as discussed, they went out of their way to be helpful when I asked for some changes.
The standard of fit and finish is excellent and looks top notch.
I went for the lined package as I am using it partly as a workshop and glad I did, it’s well finished and a comfortable place to work in. Very happy with the outcome, thank you Barry’s Sheds team.
