13 "Come on guys, its really not good enough for what your charging"
Well where do I start, first off defects in the kordura top, which they came to the party (after a few months) and had rectified by "sanding" them out.which i think is pretty avergae considering the price you pay for these units.
Now coming to fitement. Draws dont glide smoothly even with the instructions they give to adjust etc-which i have tried numerous times.
They have also supplied next to nothing to mount the top and draws with (only two L brackekets? Which i have no idea where they go)
Ohhh and the end panel supplied has no little rubber feet like the draws do so it sits lower?
Some sort of instrution manual would not go a miss thats for sure.
All in all an over priced product that looks the part but is made cheapily
Please do not buy anything from this company, they have some of the worst customer service in the industry, when something goes wrong (and it will) you will be forced to do all the running around at your own cost and constant phone calls to follow up on things, the process will take months.
Please don't bother with this company, this is the second vanity top that was put in as the first one was not made correctly aswell buff marks scratches etc, bath n co do not want to come to the party of replacement they want to come to our house and sand it down! Just disbelief. They are the worse company to deal with. Please take your hard earned money else where.
I have had a really difficult experience dealing with this company. Right from ordering I stressed the time pressures we were under and they reassured me that we would receive it in an appropriate time frame. One month later and we are still waiting. All our tradesmen are on hold waiting for the vanity and despite me calling the warehouse daily for updates, the information I am given each day is different from each customer service representative. It is clear that customer service is not one of their core values as they have been very unwilling to help me. Do not use this company if you want reliability and a clear line of communication, or if you expect your products to be delivered in a timely manner. Very very poor service.
Do not use this company if you want timely service and polite and helpful customer service. Still waiting on vanity 3 months after ordering. No one will give straight answer about when we will receive it.
Worst company to deal with!
expensive product and cheap quality
And I strongly advise not use them
We had the MOST AMAZING experience at Bath Co. Siobhan was very attentive, efficient and professional. We were deciding on a new bath, vanity and toilet and struggling with the sizes and how it would all come together. She showed me a few options, even got me to sit in the bath to make sure I was comfortable and happy before purchasing!:) Such great customer service, highly recommend to everyone and anyone new to bathroom renovations! She made it all very easy for me.:)
From a commercial standpoint i've been fortunate enough to connect with Chris on a number of commercial developments. Professional and a high level of integrity. Really happy.
No need to shop elsewhere! Being a first time customer at Bath Co, Alan & the other team members gave us amazing professional service.this kind of service brings back repeat business. I’ll be sure to spread the word about Bath Co around town. Warm & welcoming with a fabulous variety of products.
Very nice showroom with lots of options to view on display, helped us get some good ideas for our bathrooms.
Update on Dec 16th
The retailer refunded the taps but Bathco still didn't reply re the plumbing fee, even though Becky their rep admitted that they didn't check the replacement tap before sending it to me - the plumber cost for replacement could've been avoided if they have checked.

Extremely disappointed with their tapware quality!
I originally went for their vanities but didn't buy any because a custom sized vanity takes a bit too long. Ended up buying two "Mike Pro High-Rise Basin Mixer" basin taps for my renovation and the one installed in the downstair bathroom started leaking within a week of installation. They sent a replacement, and while I had to pay a plumber to replace the tap, the replacement tap didn't last much longer and is now leaking from the exact same part!
A representitive from Bathco contacted me today, only offering to come in and "tighten a loose part". Excuse me? If there was a loose part, why didn't you make it tight on the replacement tap *before* sending it to me? And quite frankly, if any part was loose, it would have started leaking immediately after installed. Mine started leaking about 10 days after installation, it's pretty clear that it was tight when it arrived. So are you suggesting that I need to tighten this "loose part" every week for the next ten years? I honestly don't know how this product passed NZ standards - other old taps in the house on the same level and a lower level are all perfectly fine.
This one tap has cost me over $500 and more than a month time. I'm just hoping Bathco can take the faulty taps away, give my money back and let me have a peaceful Christmas.
Don’t actually know what this store is like as i wasted my time going there when they were supposed to be open but they weren’t open.
