Had a bathroom done a couple of years ago, went in for a bit of warranty work, which they handled well.

If I could give this company a negative 5 I would.
I wasn't going to write a review but this needs to be said.we contacterd this company to make us a shower liner last year as our bathroom walls were not straight and they could make a shower liner to our measurements (they will not come out and measure) and to install our glass shower blade which we supplied. The installer came out and did not do a dry run (meaning checking that it fits) I helped him to carry through the house as it was covered in glue. It seemed to be quite short and we both tried to fit it. He then said the only way to get the liner out of the house was to cut the $1000 liner up with out making a mess. Once he took it outside he admitted that he had tried to install it upside down. Which I thought it was on them to make a new one. So they sent an older gentleman round to check it out. He then proceeded to say we gave them the wrong measurements. When we tried to discuss this he was talking over us and got louder and rude.we eventually got his measurements of what he thought it should be. Luckily my wife had taken a photo of the measurements we had given BATHROOM DIRECT and showed this to this man with bullying behavior as it was the same measurements he got. He then said it was never going to fit and would not discuss it. We told him to leave the house. We could of taken this to the disputes court but then that is a added stress in life. We were not refunded (even for the shower blade install that we had paid for up front) in our book that is theft and never use this rogues.

Amazing customer service - both pre- and after-sales. We had an issue with the shower (not their fault) yet they were super helpful and sorted the issue for free. Their bathroomware is also very reasonably priced and good quality. I was highly impressed and will definitely use these guys again for my next renovation. Highly recommended.

Would never use or recommend lady on the phone is so rude she put me off even going into the shop.

First contacted them in October 2016 after hearing a radio advert to book now and get a new bathroom before Christmas. When they came on site, they laughed at me about this. Bathroom booked in mid November for a 4 week reno starting early Jan. Finally started 24th Jan. Communication with designer was good but not with the project manager, Les. We moved out and in week 3 were told the shower glass has been ordered and it takes 10 days, but we should know this. (nope). In week 4, shower glass shattered during install due to summer heat. Chipped bath and vanity. Both replaced but chips still in shower surround and joins for new bath and vanity very messy. Reno took 6 weeks. Bathroom looks lovely. A month later, I chipped the mirror but Jon the designer said no problem, can swap it out for free in exchange for taking some photos of our bathroom. Team didn't honour this and charged me $150 to replace. 6 months later, tiles in shower recess have cracks. Took another 6 moths for tillers to come and swap out and when they did, they didn't bring a replacement tile with them. Luckily we had the original sample. Another 6 months later, more cracks. Tillers for this company appear to only do repairs on Saturdays and we both work Saturdays. Tiller finally came the other week, only to crack more tiles during the repair. Text the project manager straight away but no reply. Ring the manager this week and then get a call from project manager next day asking what the problem was. Tried to blame me for delays. Also said we must have had another tiller there at some point as the glue was different? Why would we do this when this bathroom is under warrantee. Such a disappointing experience and $35k poorer. Wants us to leave out a key so they can do the repair. Nope. I now wait for some sort of resolution.

I just wanted to send this email to you and the team, to say BIG thank you for the job that was recently completed.

Les as Project Manager kept us updated as to what was to happen and it was delivered as agreed, and to a high standard.
Although we did have a couple of small issues, that were again resolved very quickly.

Richard was good to work with and he was very professional in his work methods and left the site as tidy as possible at the end of the day, which was very much appreciated. He also very approachable and offered me some guidance as to what he was planning to do at various stages of the process.

Although I have expressed our sincere thanks to Les & Richard directly, this note to you is further confirmation of our pleasure with the job done, right from the initial discussions, to your plans drawn up and to the completed job.

When we decide to do our main bathroom, we will definitely keep you and the team in mind, as the first point of call to start that renovation discussion

I purchased a 'Steam Stopper' for my shower cubicle. Not only the product & price is great but the customer service is absolutely top notch. Despite their policy of being closed for business on the weekend, they made sure the product was installed by nobody else but the team of father & son, the owners themselves, in the weekend.

I was so impressed by their customer service & workmanship that I have ordered 6 corner glass shelves to be installed in the bathroom. Watch this space for another feedback!
