Jase and Jack did a fantastic job on renovating our bathroom. I highly recommend Bathrooms in Auckland they definitely had the difficult task of having to produce a bathroom that was disability accessible but family friendly. Thank you Dayna and Jase for being patient and accommodating all of our changes throughout the remodelling.

Jason, Jack & Dayna were a pleasure to work with for our bathroom refurbishment, and we are so happy with the final product!
There was a slight delay due on the shower glass due to COVID, but everything else with the work was on track, and Jason made sure to keep me in the loop at all times.

We contacted Bathrooms in Auckland in January because we had a semi-urgent need for a wheelchair accessible bathroom. Within two months of that first phone call, the bathroom was finished and looking great. Not only does it function well (space to easily maneuver the wheelchair, grab bars in the right places, and good drainage for the open shower floor), it also looks beautiful. Jason and Dayna worked with us on the plan, listening to our particular requests and adjusted it as needed. We were impressed by their tightly organized project management that meant that work was done on time and sub-contractors arrived and left when scheduled. Jason, Jack and all the other tradies worked hard and efficiently. They were friendly, respectful of our space and took care through the midst of the Omicron outbreak to ensure our safety and theirs. We would be happy to use their services again.

Painting of bathroom is aweful because the work was contracted out. Had some issues repeatedly and fixed by different teams consistently out of expectations. Eventually decided to complete the work myself. To amend your statement in your reply, reno was finished 5, not 6, years ago, and last painting fix was done just over 3 years ago at the time I emailed you a month ago, to which you replied just now. Our bathroom has been well ventilated, besides, you chose the fan for us at that time and now you are blaming your choice, is it a bit dodgy? Finally, it seems you knew your painters were not that reliable, that's why you've changed your business partnership since. Yes, as a plumber, you did a good job, but unfortunately not as a whole.

Needed a full bathroom refit, and these guys got the job out of 3 places I got quotes from, because I just got the best vibe off Jason tbh - he was really easy to communicate with, understood all the angles of what I was going for and had much better knowledge than some other non-tradie project-managers, and of course they gave a competitive quote. Their level of specialisation in bathrooms definitely inspired confidence. I went for their mid-range 'package' as it suited exactly what I needed done, and they delivered on expectations - LOVE the new bathroom, now my favourite room. They finished on time and on budget, and were flexible, super-responsive, and communicative on details right down to the wire. Jason marshalled his team of friendly and very professional subbies like clockwork, was fully hands-on for the plumbing and gibbing, and always answered the phone/responded to texts, which is probably more than you could say for some of your exes eh. Awesome to deal with, and would absolutely recommend them.

They did a full bathroom renovation on our main bathroom, and made some changes to the secondary one. Both Jason and Dayna are highly professional, helpful, no-nonsense, and extremely skilled at what they do. They were the only company who gave us the impression we could trust them with our renovations during the quoting phase, and they exceeded our every expectation.
Dayna is thorough and proactive with her communication, we always knew what was going on from a project and financial perspective.

Jason is fast and efficient, knowledgeable and honest with his work. He fully managed the whole team of electricians, plasterers and painters with zero hiccups - despite the whole COVID situation and going through various phases of lockdown.

I had the difficult job of organizing a bathroom renovation from Central Otago for a friend who lives in Auckland. I contacted Jason and Dayna from Bathrooms in Auckland who right from the get go responded, quoted, organized and completed the job with the utmost professionalism. I cannot praise this company highly enough. My friend is over the moon with his renovation.

After contacting many different Bathroom reno specialists and just not feeling the right vibe or genuine interest, I gave Bathrooms in Auckland a call and asked them to come and quote. From the moment Jason came in and quoted he talked common sense, and his main priority was what we wanted to achieve, and everything was possible (whereas others couldn't be bothered with our special requests). The quote came through from Dayna - Jason's partner - and the job started less than 2 weeks later. It was a FULL gut and re-do renovation with floor to ceiling tiling and all the other mod-cons. Our bathroom now looks like a showroom in a top end store and we couldn't be more pleased. Jason worked hard doing the bulk of the work, whilst various other Tradies came in and did the specialist stuff - all of whom came on time, with no worries for me at all. All the subbies were nice trustworthy guys. Jason was a pleasure to have in our home, and we had some laughs along the way.
