He did Bad service of my car, when asked questions he Blocked me. Bought from Grab one voucher. Remember he charges extra for Hybrid cars. He need to mention that on grab one.

Turned up for my WOF and service which I had booked in a week prior only to be told they couldnt do the WOF as the "guy" was out of town. They didnt call or text to inform me of this which I think is poor service as I would have rescheduled! I had to organise things and have someone collect me. I ended up having the service done and they called me about 3hrs later (1pm) as they had finished. I said I would be there around 3pm to get my car. The shop was closing (even though its meant to be open until 5pm) so was told I could collect my keys from the recycled clothing shop next door! Was worried my car might not even be there when I arrived. Honestly, what a joke! Will not be returning here.

Super friendly and does awesome job with reasonable price. Will visit again and will highly recommend to my friends as well.

While our car was being fixed by this mechanic he parked the car in a place that seen the car receive two parking fines worth $460. He promised to pay both the fines but he did not. Instead we got a letter saying that a warrant for my arrest had been issued. Absolutely disgusted in the way he conducts himself and his business

Came here through Grabone vouchers for me and my partner's cars.and have been going to Ron for 5years now.even though I have moved, which is a 40min drive to the shop, I would still come to BDM. Ron is a trustworthy and honest person which is rare to find but also his prices are very competitive. He cares alot about his work and business and that is why he does his best to help his clients always. Fact is that not everyone can be pleased with a service but this has been my experience and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BDM! Never been disappointed!

I want to check a recent service that was done at your shop as u have no stated what needs doing as to the brakes being uneven wear? Specifically what's wrong and what needs replacing.Also the radiaton flush.also the battery being faulty, and having to buy a new one.u didn't state that on your form after inpecting
