15This is the most amazing store ever! I bought an outdoor table last year and it was badly damaged in the Cyclone. I tried to claim insurance, but they said it was an outdoor table and should have survived the storm! Beachlands Mitre 10 approached the manufacturers (who the insurance company said were at fault) but they refused to replace the table. Mitre 10 Beachlands bought a new table and delivered it to me. I could not have had a better outcome. I am so grateful, as I do realise they were not legally obliged to do so. I will be telling everyone I know to shop there! Thank you Mitre 10 Beachlands.
The best staff ever. Helpful, polite and overall. Better than 5 stars any day. Have shopped there a few times and great all the time. Can't say enough how great the staff are at Mitre 10 Beachlands.

Tough times for courier delivery during this covid lockdown. HOWEVER, I ordered my 3x parts on Friday around 2pm. At 6pm ish that night one of the team had dropped off my parts. Outstanding service. Thank you Mitre 10 Beachlands.

Poor selection of products.tried three times over past 6 months to buy several basic products.no luck frustrating
