Nik and Jesslen are awesome! Buying your first home is a tricky process, but they helped us get the mortgage to buy the home that we wanted. They worked hard to get us an extension on our pre-approval when we needed it, and Nik spent a lot of time explaining different mortgage structures to us first timers - I am happy with the services they provided and would recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.

Now that April Hastilow has left I still had high hopes using Become for our mortgage and insurance brokers but unfortunately have been disappointed. With insurance we had 3 consultant changes before 1 actually stuck which meant we had to repeat 3x our situation/ numbers etc (all 3 different calls too) which was frustrating and time wasting. Vinessa didn't seem that interested in helping us (maybe because we weren't a business or have multiple properties?), she also had to ask the same questions each call which we had to explain again and again what we needed. Communication wasn't great and all round disappointing. I wanted to move to where April is now working but Vinessa declined my request due to wanting to keep income in the business. I was quite shocked at this, it came across rather unreasonable and strange. Don't recommend.

Given the current interest rate environment and sudden bank policy changes, Nik has been nothing but great and helpful in assisting us with our mortgage.
He helped us with restructuring our mortgages to ensure we can ride the high interest rates wave and continue with our lifestyle. He is friendly, professional and efficient.
