Went looking for two double beds in late November. We were fortunate the owner was working Bedpost Wairau that morning. Everything was spot on; he understood our requirement, provided 3 suitable options and we chose the right make and model. Delivery was on time and they set the beds up on arrival. Highly recommended service and products.

Its been about a month now sleeping on my new bed and its truly a dream, thank you Mike. You won't find better service somewhere else. Took the time to listen to my health needs and special requirements. Made recommendations and comparisons for me to try myself. Has in-depth knowledge on why different bases would suit better than others. Encouraged going home to think about the purchase, no pressure to make an on-the-spot purchase. Mike was absolutely lovely and really goes over and above for his customers.

A BIG thank you to Matt and Mike who were excellent sales men! They have extensive knowledge about their products and were very patient and pleasant to talk to about my needs and preferences. Finding the right bed for me was a breeze thanks to Matt and Mikes exceptional professionalism.

I also want to thank the delivery guys who made the whole stress of moving so much easier for me. They were fast and clean and came at my preferred time. Compared to all the other delivery services these guys were fantastic!

These guys really know their products. I was so impressed that I bought 2 of their pillows. My neck has been much better because of it - thanks to Bedpost telling me what to look for, & letting me test out the difference between styles & brands. Great service.

Just a couple of visits is all it took to Bedpost Wairau to set myself up for blissful sleeps on my luxurious Deluxe Fushion Gel mattress topper & tencel mattress protector! My mattress isnt old by any means (7yrs originally purchased at Bedpost) but it just felt like I
needed a little more cushioning for my aging joints! Mike was brilliant offering me a trial run with a topper knowing I wouldnt be able to give it up once trialling it!
The tencel protector fits perfectly over the topper - I'm so happy I upgraded from bamboo to tencel.thanks so much Mike for your excellent advice & excellent customer service which seems to be a rarity these days!

Went to the shop near closing around 4: 50pm and all three sales were chatting and nobody greeted me for nothing. I wonder if this is a bar.

Mike is an absolute legend! Was super helpful and gave us so many choices within our budget. This was our first and last stop for mattress shopping. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be coming here again in future.

Hi My wife and I purchased 4 beds from Bedpost Wairau Park a couple of years ago. We were impressed by the service then so returned today after looking at beds from other suppliers.
Once again we were impressed by Mike's expertise and helpful advise. The beds were competitively priced and we felt that Mike's input helped to pick the correct bed for our needs.

This is my first ever review and it's thanks to Mike (the owner). After visiting a few other bed stores and a bit conflicted on the advise I had been given, my partner and I walked in with our baby and we were greeted by Mike. Immediately he set things straight and it was obvious he was very knowledgeable on beds and just sleeping in general. What blew me away was that after the other stores had pointed me to the direction of $10000 beds with the latest cooling technology, he actually convinced us out of buying a new bed, and instead gave us a free set of special sheets and a pillow and told me if my problem was fixed (overheating at night) all he wanted in return was a nice review. So here I am honoring our agreement, and letting people know that Mike and his team are the remaining few sales people out there that genuinely want to help you out and are not there to just make a sale. If you need a new bed, or just advise in general, Mike and his team are the ones you need to go see. He even gave us good tips on sleeping habits for our baby.
Will be visiting in the near future to buy our son his first bed, thanks again Mike!

We went in a few weeks ago and engaged by co-owner Mike. Mike spent heaps of time with my wife and me working through our requirements. Mike was very knowledgeable. I didn't know there was so much to beds. These guys are the only guys you need to talk to about beds.

Absolutely fantastic experience shopping with Bedpost Wairau, I had a set budget in mind and they made no attempt to unnecessarily upsell me on anything and helped me pick out the best bed for me. Delivery team (Matt and Nay) was amazing as well, insanely efficient and cleaned up after themselves, assembling the bed in no time at all

Thank you bedpost team for your amazing service and customer care. I have struggled to get a good night for many months, I was wakeful, flitting in and out of light sleep and waking up feeling exhausted. On a recent trip to Auckland I was relaying my sleep woes to my girlfriend who let me in on her new found secret to peaceful slumber, a memory foam pillow from Bedpost. I had to have one!
I have to say I was impressed when I went in the store, I didn't think my simple pillow search would warrant much interest from the sales team. How wrong I was, I was asked how I slept, what was the firmness of my bed and other questions to narrow down my pillow options. We tried beds until it was similar to my own so we could ensure I had the right fit pillow just for me. The staff took fantastic care of me you would have thought I was purchasing a bed not just a pillow.
My memory foam pillow has transformed my sleep, I still wake now and again but I am getting a deeper better quality sleep regularly and wake up feeling great.
